在本論文研究中,我們主要探討布拉格反射鏡與鈣鈦礦之應用,我們利用布拉格反射鏡高反射原理,此反射鏡對於355nm處的光反射率極低,我們在反射鏡中加入發光材料鈣鈦礦,發光波長約落在515nm,作為反射鏡之共振腔,使用355nm脈衝雷射激發使其生成雷射,藉由增強脈衝雷射強度,觀察其modes PL強度及半峰全寬(FWHM)變化。另外我們也比較在鈣鈦礦加入反射鏡中時有無進行轉塗布的差異。我們發有使用旋轉塗佈將鈣鈦礦加入在布拉格反射鏡中比起未使旋轉塗佈機,且其modes PL強度有減弱及modes數量也比未使旋轉塗佈機來的少。實驗結果證明了將鈣鈦礦加在於布拉格反射鏡中做為cavity,經脈衝雷射激發的確能有效而生成雷射。
