教育學院成立於民國44年6月5日,時值臺灣省立師範學院改制為臺灣省立師範大學,初設教育、社會教育、體育衛生教育、家政教育、工業教育五個學系,發展迄今,本院共設有7個學系(均含學士、碩士及博士班)、5個獨立研究所、1個院級在職碩士專班。
本院為國內歷史最久之教育學院,系所規模、師資,及學生品質向為國內首屈一指,培育英才無數,畢業校友或擔任政府教育行政單位首長及中堅人才、或為大學校長及教育相關領域研究人員、或為國內中等教育師資之骨幹、或投入民間文教事業相關領域,皆為提升我國教育品質竭盡心力。此外,本學院長期深耕學術,研究領域多元,發行4本 TSSCI 期刊,學術聲望備受國內外學界肯定,根據 2015 年 QS 世界大學各學科排名結果,本校在教育學科名列第22名,不僅穩居臺灣第一,更躍居亞洲師範大學龍頭。

Publication 以鏈結資料發展電影資訊系統之研究(國家圖書館, 2015-06) 鄭, 智遠; 柯, 皓仁; 柯, 皓仁電影是人們普遍的休閒活動之一,電影資訊也是人們經常透過網際網路查找的資訊之一,然而網際網路上龐大的電影資訊卻也有著資訊分散、重複性和不一致的問題。鏈結資料是實踐語意網的最佳實務,其基於資料的機制有助於不同系統間的資料交換與整合。本研究運用內容管理系統Drupal建構一套融入鏈結資料精神,以IMDb的電影、導演和演員資料為基礎,整合DBpedia、LinkedMDB、DBtune,以及大英圖書館等鏈結資料來源的電影資訊系統,使電影資訊內容更加豐富且提升鏈結資料的閱讀性。最後並藉由系統使用性量表來評估該系統的使用性,了解使用者對本系統的接受度,評估結果顯示本系統的使用性是可接受的。Movie watching is a common leisure activity, and thus people seek for information about movies from the Internet very often. However, for such a large data, there are prob-lems derived like information scattering, duplication and inconsistency. Linked Data is a best practice for Semantic Web, and the data-driven technique helps the exchange and in-tegration of data among systems. This study creates a linked data-based movie information system by the content management system Drupal. This system exploits the information on movies, directors, and actors from IMDb, and integrates the information from several linked-data producers, including DBpedia, LinkedMDB, DBtune, and British Library. In this manner, the system provides rich movie information and enhance readability of linked data. Finally, this study evaluates this linked data-based movie information system by the System Usability Scale (SUS) to understand user usability and acceptance of the system, and the SUS evaluations show that this system’s usability is acceptable.Item 資源探索服務之功能評估指標(國家實驗研究院科技政策與資訊中心, 2012-11-07) 柯, 皓仁; Ke, Hao-Ren自2009年左右,資源探索服務一詞面世以來,受到圖書館界的熱烈討論,不少資源探索服務因運而生。資源探索服務乃是由聯合索引和資源探索層所構成,藉由兩者的搭配提供使用者單一的檢索介面,同時檢索圖書館自有、訂購和公開取用的多樣化資源,並提供相關排序、層面瀏覽、個人化與社群服務等功能。本文的主旨在於闡述資源探索服務的特性,並歸納整理資源探索服務的功能指標,供圖書館界選擇資源探索服務時參考。 A Web-scale discovery service (discovery service, for short) is a new service that may realize the discovery and delivery of high-quality information in the library. A discovery service is composed of a unified index and a discovery layer. The unified index pre-harvests and pre-indexes a variety of information resources, including the MARC records created by the library, the metadata of the institutional repository or digital content management system of the library, the metadata and full-text (for indexing) of the databases and electronic journals subscribed by the library, and the metadata and full-text (for indexing) of open-access systems. A user can then search the contents in the unified index through the discovery layer. The discovery layer incorporates functionality such as relevance ranking, facet navigation, personalized service and social networking service. This article aims at explicating the features of a discovery service, and draw the functionality indicators that may be adopted and(or) amended by any library which wants to purchase a discovery service.Item 淺談公共圖書館績效評估(臺北市立圖書館, 2013-12-15) 柯, 皓仁; Ke, Hao-Ren圖書館績效評估是圖書館整體品質管理的一環,藉由任務與目標的制 定,研擬資源分配與行動方案,再運用績效評估衡量行動方案的成果是否 契合任務與目標。近年來,由於政經社會環境的改變,民眾、社區與政府 皆要求公共圖書館展現其營運成效,是以公共圖書館績效評估愈形重要。 本文闡述圖書館績效評估的定義,再介紹德國、美國、以及我國實施之公 共圖書館績效評估相關計畫;最後,則說明從投入、產出層面的績效評估 進展到成效評估。 Performance evaluation is a part of quality management for any organization. Specifically, a library defines her missions and goals first; draws up her resource allocation and action plans accordingly; then exploits performance evaluation to measure if the achievement of her plans meets her missions and goals. Recently, due to the change in political, economic and societal environment, general public, communities, and governments require public libraries to present their achievement; therefore, performance measurement is increasingly important. This article explicates the definition of performance measurement, introduces related projects conducted in Germany, USA, and Taiwan. Finally, it describes outcome measurement.Item 鏈結資料在圖書館的應用(全國學術電子資訊資源共享聯盟 (CONCERT), 2013-11-06) 柯, 皓仁; 陳, 亞寧語意網的目的是為了促成網際網路上系統間的整合與資料共享,以利各類加值應用的發展,鏈結資料則是實踐語意網的最佳實務。本文主旨在於介紹語意網和鏈結資料的定義及相關技術標準,舉例介紹鏈結資料的應用,繼而闡述鏈結資料對圖書館界的意涵和計畫,最後提出結論與建議。Semantic Web aims at facilitating system integration and data sharing on the Internet, and thus expediting the development of value-added applications. Linked Data is a set of best practice for realizing Semantic Web. This article introduces the definition of Semantic Web and Linked Data, and the related technical standards. Next, a few examples of Linked Data applications are described. Then the implication and related projects of Linked Data in libraries are explicated. Finally, conclusions and suggestions are given.
