運動網頁介入對高中女生體適能及運動狀況之影響

Abstract
本研究的目的主要在探討10週運動網頁介入對高中女生體適能及運動狀況之影響。體適能包括身體組成、柔軟度、肌力、肌耐力、心肺功能,而運動狀況主要包含了運動行為、運動態度和運動認知。實驗以國立鳳山高中的80位女學生為觀察對象,其中一組(40名;年齡16.25±0.44歲)為實驗組,實施網際網路介入,另一組為控制組(40名;年齡16.28±0.46歲)。在經過10週的網運動網頁介入計劃後,透過問卷與體適能的前、後測來進行介入成效評估。所有資料在經量化處理後,以二因子混合設計變異數進行分析,其結果如下:
1. 運動網頁介入後,實驗組學生體適能皆明顯較介入前增加,但只有心肺耐力、肌力與肌耐力明顯優於控制組(p< .05)。
2. 運動網頁介入後,實驗組學生運動狀況皆明顯優於介入前,但只有運動態度與運動認知明顯優於控制組(p< .05)。
3. 實驗前後,控制組學生只有在心肺耐力方面有明顯的增加(p< .05)。
由結果可發現:十週的運動網頁介入體適能教學計畫,能顯著的提昇高中女生的體適能與運動狀況。因此,在進行體育教學時,可適度地運用運動網頁以增進教學成效。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a ten-week exercise homepage intervention on the physical fitness and the exercise status of female senior high school students. The physical fitness items included body mass index (BMI), flexibility (sit and reach), leg power (standing long jump), muscle endurance (one-minute sit up), and cardiorespiratory endurance (800 meters run). The exercise status items included exercise behavior, exercise attitude, and exercise knowledge. Eighty female senior high school students were recruited as the subjects for this study. They were divided into two different group. One group (n=40, age=16.25±0.44 years) had participated in the exercise homepage intervention and the other group (n=40, age=16.28±0.46 years) hadn’t. After ten-week exercise homepage intervention, the results were evaluated through questionnaire and the pretest and posttest of students’ physical fitness testing. Data were analyzed using mixed design two-way ANOVA. The results and differences in the variables of two groups as follow: (1) After the intervention, there is an significant improvement in the physical fitness of the students who have participated in the intervention (p< .05), but only cardiorespiratory endurance, leg power, and muscle endurance are significantly from those who haven’t (p< .05). (2) After the intervention, there is an significant improvement in the exercise status of the students who have participated in the intervention (p< .05), but only exercise attitude and exercise knowledge are significantly from those who haven’t (p< .05). (3) The cardiorespiratory endurance of the un-intervention students are significantly difference after the intervention. But there is no significantly difference in other items (p> .05). The ten-week exercise homepage intervention significantly enhances the physical fitness and exercise status. It’s useful for using exercise homepage intervention for physical education.
