Abstract
回顧藝術史的發展,藝術從為宗教性、政治性的服務角色,慢慢取得獨立發言的地位,成為藝術家表達個人情感、精神思想甚或對應社會環境的最有利工具。藝術家藉由不斷的嘗試與探索,試圖找出屬於個人最適當的形式、媒材與技法,使得藝術創作能展現最動人的力量。在創作的媒材上,筆者選擇了以壓克力、油畫為主加以各種不同的打底劑為創作媒材,以介於寫實及半抽象的形式為主要的表現方法。在主題內容的選擇上,筆者爬梳個人生命中重要的記憶與「異鄉人」情感,將之化為生命風景,以記憶影像的「自傳式風景」為主要的表現。藉由這個創作研究,筆者除了提煉了自己創作的能量,也重新以存在主義哲學、存在心理治療觀點審視這些生命風景的深沉意義。本論文的架構分為以下幾個章節:
第一章:說明主題研究的動機與目的、主題的內容與方法、研究範圍與限制。
第二章:說明筆者的創作理論基礎。從中西方藝術哲學、異鄉人與存在主義哲學、記憶與影像的文化意義等面向,探討影響筆者創作的文化因素與及支持的理論基礎,並說明當代「異鄉人」背後存在心理治療與自傳式風景的意涵。
第三章:闡述個人的創作理念。從繪畫的現代性、內容與形式、造形與色彩等面向,論述個人的創作思維。
第四章:闡述個人創作風格創作形式、表現技法、使用媒材及創作過程。
第五章:作品解析。針對筆者的個別作品來分析探討,延伸對主題的論述,並藉此研究,對於個人記憶影像對創作的影響進行更深入的了解。
第六章:結論。藉由論文的撰寫與創作過程,爬梳個人成長記憶對於創作的意義;再次整理建構自我的認知與省思,並以此期許做為未來創作發展的另一新起點。
The Songs of ĽÈtranger - A Study of Painting Creation by C.C. Shen Looking Backward the development in the history of art, the independent role has been taken gradually by art after being as serving for policy and religion. It is the most efficient method for artists to express themselves emotionally and spiritually, and to response the social circumstances. By trying and exploring continuously, artists attempt to find personal forms, media and skills which can they show the most touching strength. As a painter, I have chosen the main expressional form between realism and semi-abstractionism by using acrylic and oil painting plus kinds of gessoes. As the theme and context, I chose the cherished images, memories and emotion of ĽÈtranger in my life to make them autobiographical landscape. By the study of this creation research, I will extract the energy to paint, and the reveal the significant meaning of those life landscape from the view point of Existentialism and existential Psychotherapy. The thesis is structured in six chapters: Chapter One: Describes the purpose, methodology, the scope and the limitation of the study. Chapter Two: Clarify the foundational theories. To explore the visual culture factors and theories which I depend on through the aspects of tradition Chinese and western aesthetics, ĽÈtranger and Existentialism, the culture meanings of memories and images. And explain the meaning of those life landscape behind existential Psychotherapy. Chapter Three:The author conveys his concept of creation, discusses his thought about the idea of painting in Modernity, context and form, construction of shape and color. Chapter Four:Illustrates the style, the forms, techniques, media and the process of creation. Chapter Five:Analyses works individually and extends the discussion in the topic to understand deeply the affection to creation by personal memories and images. Chapter Six: Conclusion. The author addresses how he refreshes his thought about self cognition and examination to paint creation by the process of writing and painting.
