數位實驗高中學生自主學習歷程—學生成長輔導系統建構與實踐之探究

Abstract

臺北市立數位實驗高中於2022年創立,為全台第一所採虛實混成學習模式之實驗學校,透過學習型態與制度的創新,在科技與數位工具的資源助力下,落實個人化的深度學習。為使學生在學習成長與探索的歷程中,能夠使自我潛能得以開展,學校獨創之學生成長輔導系統,為學生自主學習的持續性實踐提供支持,以回應學校「廣闊探索、天賦自由」之教育願景。為深入了解個案學校的學生成長輔導系統建構與實踐情形,本研究採個案研究法,就數位實中之學生成長輔導系統進行分析,以了解學校如何透過其所獨創之輔導系統支持學生自主學習的實踐,讓每個學生在成長歷程中,成為獨一無二的自己。根據研究的分析與發現,得出本研究結論如下:一、學生成長輔導系統的建構,在系統實踐的運作過程中持續開展與演化,形成數位實中學生輔導支持的基本架構。二、學生自主學習所需輔導支持,在學習者個別的發展脈絡中進行調整,對於實踐開展有其影響性。三、學生的自主學習實踐需透過相應的輔導支持系統方能落實,個別化的自主學習輔導機制,仰賴高成本的時間與人力投入。四、學校願景的共同具體實踐,尚待系統內的所有關係人形成共識。
Taipei Digital Experimental High School was established in 2022 as the first experimental school in Taiwan adopt a blended learning model combining in-person courses and online learning. Through innovative learning styles and systems, supported by technological and digital resources, the school implements personalized deep learning. To enable students to develop their potential during their learning, the school has created a unique Student Growth Guidance System that supports the practice of self-directed learning. This system responds to the school's educational vision of "extensive exploration and freedom of talent." This study adopts a case study method to analyze the construction and implementation of the Student Growth Guidance System at T-School. To understand how the school supports the practice of self-directed learning through its unique supporting system, allowing each student to be unique during their learning process. Based on the analysis and findings of the research, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The construction of the Student Growth Guidance System continues to evolve during the system's operational process, forming the basic framework for student growth support at T-School. 2.The student support required for self-directed learning is adjusting according to the individual developmental process of the learners, influencing the development of learning practice. 3.The practice of supporting students’ self-directed learning by the system, and the individualized self-directed learning, needs time and human resources to support it. 4.The concrete implementation of the school's vision requires consensus among all practitioners within the system.
