Abstract
記錄各種日齡未交配之東方果實蠅對甲基丁香油發生的觸覺電圖。羽化後14~24天的雄蟲皆有較高的反應,但在雌蟲其觸角電圖皆低於雄蟲;文中討論這些蟲之精巢及卵巢之發育與觸角電圖之關係。
Electroantennogram(EAGs) were recorded from various aged and unmated males/females of oriental fruit flies (Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel) in response to methyl eugenol. The male flies of 14~24-day after emergence responded dramatically to the chemicals producing higher amplitudes in EAGs than those responses of other ages. In female flies, the amplitudes of EAGs were lower than males. We discussed the relationships of development of testes and ovaries.
