dc.description.abstract斜坡道健走對高職中重度智能障礙學生健康體適能之影響 摘要 本研究主要目的在探討斜坡道健走運動對高職中重度智能障礙學生健康體適能之影響。本研究採準實驗設計,以臺北市某特殊教育學校30名高職部中重度智能障礙學生為研究對象,分為實驗組和控制各15名。實驗組接受為期12週、每週2次、每次30分鐘、最大心跳率達每分鐘130次以上之斜坡道健走運動訓練課程;控制組則依照學校表定課程上課。測驗後所得資料以SPSS for windows 22版進行統計,以獨立樣本t檢定考驗實驗組與控制組的同質性及實驗介入後兩組之健康體適能有無顯著差異;以相依樣本t檢定考驗實驗組與控制組的健康體適能各項測驗之前測、後測有無差異。 研究結果顯示,實驗組接受12週斜坡道健走運動訓練課程介入在肌耐力及心肺適能的成績均有達到顯著水準(p<.05),在身體質量指數、柔軟度及肌力的成績未達顯著差異(p>.05),但後測成績皆較前測成績進步,且實驗組測驗成績優於控制組。 因此,本研究的結論是斜坡道健走運動對高職中重度智能障礙學生在健康體適能各要素的提升是有其正面之效益。 關鍵詞:健康體適能、斜坡道、健走運動、智能障礙  zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe Effects of Slope Walking Training on the Health-related Physical Fitness for Vocational School Students with Intellectual Disabilities Abstract The study aimed to discuss the effect of slope walking Training to the Health-related physical fitness of moderation and severe intellectual disability students in vocational high school. The study adopted quasi-experimental design, took 30 students with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities in a special education school in Taipei City as research subjects and divided into experimental and control groups consisted of 15 subjects respectively. The experimental group took the slope walking exercise training program for 12 weeks, twice a week, 30 minutes at every turn and maximum heart rate reached 130 per minute; the control group took the program arranged by school. The statistics was collected by SPSS for Windows 22 version and examined if the physical fitness between homogeneity and experimental intervention of experimental and control groups have significant difference through independent sample t test; and examined if the physical fitness between pre and post-test of experimental and control groups had any difference. The result indicated the subjects in experimental group reached the significant level (p>.05) in score of muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness after receiving 12 weeks slope walking exercise training program intervention. The body mass index, the score of flexibility and muscular power did not reach the significant difference level (p>.05), while the scores of post-test were all better than ones in pre-test and the experimental group performed better than control group in the test. Therefore, the study concluded that the slope walking exercise has positive effect on improving physical fitness of moderate and severe intellectual disabilities students in vocational school in every aspect.
