dc.description.abstract大學系隊為目前大專院校中常見的運動團體,系隊活動已經成為大學生普遍的生活體驗。本研究以師大歷史系男籃為研究對象,旨在探討:師大歷史系男籃活動的性質、特色與發展歷程;球隊成員間的人際互動狀況;系隊認同的產生;系隊活動對於大學生的意義等四個問題。透過2個月的參與觀察、分析過去留下來的史料與成員在網路上發表的文章,以及對23位報導人的半結構式訪談來蒐集資料,最後以階級與性別的角度來分析球隊中的人際互動,得到以下三項結果: (一) 師大歷史系男籃在1974年為了參加第一屆北區歷史杯而成立,現在已經成為一支重視傳承與規範的球隊。 (二) 系隊活動讓人結交不少好友,或是感情上的另一半,但其中的衝突卻也可能嚴重影響彼此的關係。球員間因年級、球技的不同而產生階級,為了爭奪上場時間而衝突;經理之間的衝突因工作分配與對扮演角色的認知差異而產生;球員與經理之間則是對於彼此在球隊中的定位與需求不同而有衝突。團隊認同是一種動態的過程,系隊成員對球隊的認同,主要來自於歸屬感的獲得、人際互動以及比賽情境的催化,其中又以人際互動最為重要,成員之間每一次互動、交流,以及扮演不同的角色,都會改變對團隊的認同。 (三) 師大歷史系男籃對於它的成員來說是大學生活中重要的一個部份,即使畢業多年,當年那些共同奮鬥的日子就是彼此之間最珍貴的收藏。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractDepartmental team of University are sports groups which currently common in colleges, and have become popular college life experience. In this study, the Department of History , National Taiwan Normal University men's basketball as the research object, I am trying to explore:the nature of the activities, characteristics and development process in the departmental men’s basketball team of National Taiwan Normal University, Department of History; it’s interpersonal interaction between team members; the construction of team’s identity; and the meaning for college students. Through two months of participant observation, analysis of historical data and members’ post on the Internet, as well as 23 people reported semi-structured interviews to collect data, and finally used class and gender perspective to the analysis team’s human interaction and got the following three results: (A) The Departmental Men’s Basketball Team of Department of History in National Taiwan Normal University was established in 1974 in order to participate in the first North history Cup, now It has become a traditional team. (B) Students in here make a lot of friends or relationship, but the conflict may also seriously affect them. Among players because grades and skills while generating classes to compete for playing time ; managers’ conflict are because of their work assignment and to play the role of cognitive differences arising; players and manager are in the conflict because team for each other positioning and needs are different . Team identity is a dynamic process, the members’ identity of the team, obtained mainly from the sense of belonging, interpersonal interaction and game situations, especially for interpersonal interaction. Every interaction, communication, and different roles, between members will change the team's identity. (C) For its member, The Departmental Men’s Basketball Team of National Taiwan Normal University, Department of History is an important part of college life, even graduated couple years, these memories still are the most precious collection of one another.en_US
