dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在瞭解新北市國中特教組長工作壓力與因應策略之現況,並比較不同背景變項之特教組長其工作壓力感受與因應策略使用情形。本研究係採用問卷調查法,以新北市國中特教組長為研究對象,參考相關文獻以確認本研究之架構,自編「新北市國中特教組長工作壓力與因應策略之調查問卷」作為本研究之工具,所得資料分別以平均數、標準差、次數分配、排序與皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析,茲將結果分述如下: 一、新北市國中特教組長工作壓力感受程度為中等程度。 二、新北市國中特教組長採取因應策略的頻率為中高程度。 三、不同背景的新北市國中特教組長有不同的工作壓力感受。 特別在「年齡」與「學歷」方面,以年齡越小者與特教相關系所畢業之特教組長工作壓力較大。 四、不同背景的新北市國中特教組長會採取不同的因應策略。 特別在「年齡」與「學校規模」方面,以年齡越大者與學校規模月大者,所採取因應策略的頻率越高。 五、新北市國中特教組長工作壓力與因應策略無顯著相關存在。 最後,根據上述之研究結果,提出相關建議提供教育單位、學校、特教組長與後續研究者之參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study are to understand the occupational stress and coping strategies of special education section chiefs of junior high schools in New Taipei City and to analyze the occupational stress and coping strategies of different background variables of special education section chiefs. The research method employed in this study is survey method. The subjects include 68 special education section chiefs of junior high schools in New Taipei City. The research tool is made by the researcher,” The Occupational Stress and Coping Strategies of Special Education Section Chiefs of Junior High Schools in New Taipei City.” The statistics procedures include mean, standard deviation and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results are as follows: 1.The occupational stress of special education section chiefs of junior high schools in New Taipei City is of a medium degree. 2.The extent of coping strategies by special education section chiefs of junior high schools in New Taipei City is above average. 3.Special education section chiefs in different background perceive different degree of occupational stress, especially in ages and educational background variables. The younger and the graduates from special education department perceive more occupational stress. 4.The extent of coping strategies by special education section chiefs in different background is different, especially in ages and school scale. The older and the larger presnet higher degree in using coping strategies. 5.There is no correlation between occupational stress and coping strategies of special education section chiefs of junior high schools in New Taipei City. The results are discussed and some recommendations are made for administration department of education, schools, the special education section chiefs, and future research. | en_US |
