Abstract
緒論：專任運動教練因工作性質特殊和工作時間彈性不一，且事務涉及範圍寬廣，因此扔有諸多不夠周延之處。過往研究對象也較傾向團體運動項目，缺乏個人運動項目，網球運動屬於消費較高的運動，且訓練及比賽時間冗長，有機會經常過度訓練。為清楚網球專任運動教練之困難，同時釐清網球專任運動教練任職現況。研究目的：了解臺北市與高雄市兩所高中網球專任運動教練任職現況，透過制度、個人及社會三個面向進行探討。研究方法：本研究以研究者彙整三個面向進行半結構式訪談，以臺北市與高雄市兩所高中網球專任運動教練作為研究對象。研究結果：一、地方政府招聘專任運動教練無法依照學校需求，以及工作超時予以補休而非加班費、未受到成績考核壓力、期盼薪資與教師相等。二、擔任主因選擇具有穩定薪資收入並是結合本身興趣的網球，雖過程遇到困難仍盡力解決，突破難關。三、校長與行政支持有助於專任運動教練發展，以及雖受到少子化因素影響，與學校、地方、家長保持良好的關係，並推廣網球運動，仍有學生就讀。
Introduction: Full-time sports coaches have many shortcomings due to thespecial nature of their work, different working hours, and a wide range of affairs. Fromthe past researches, subjects were towards team sports, and lack in individual sports.Tennis is a sport with high consumption, with long training and competition time, andfrequently overtrains. In order to understand the difficulties of tennis full-time sportscoaches, and understand the current status of tennis full-time sports coaches. Purpose:To understand the current status of full-time tennis coaches in two high schools (TaipeiCity and Kaohsiung City), from exploring through three aspects: system, individual andsociety. Methods: This research conducted semi-structured interviews based on thethree aspects, and takes two full-time tennis coaches from high schools in Taipei Cityand Kaohsiung City as the interview object. Results: First, the local government cannotrecruit full-time sports coaches according to the needs of the school. Working overtimewith compensatory time off instead of overtime pay. Without the pressure ofperformance assessment, and expect the salary to be equal to that of teachers. Next, themain reason in choosing this job is due to stable salary and income, combining of selfinterests.Finally, the principal and administrative giving full support is helpful for thedeveloping full-time sports coaches. Despite the impact of the low birth rate,maintaining a well relationship with schools, localities, and parents, while promotingtennis will result in student-athlete choosing to study and attend this school
