體驗式教育訓練方案對企業組織集體效能影響之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討企業實施體驗式教育訓練方案,對於組織集體效能之影響為何。
隨著體驗教育的發展,目前已有許多將體驗教育運用到學校教學現場的研究實證,體驗教育之效益有目共睹。在美國,企業運用體驗式教育訓練方式針對企業組織較重視的議題,如: 團隊建立、績效、問題解決、溝通等來安排訓練的課程主題已有很長的一段時間,且體驗教育的特性可適用在不同的情境設計,來達到訓練目標。
本研究是以一企業組織為研究對象,以問卷調查及半結構式訪談收集樣本資料。研究結果顯示,體驗式教育訓練方案的確有助於提升組織集體效能,且效果不因性別、年紀及工作年資有所差異,在集體效能的九個面向中,體驗式教育訓練方案對於「使命必達」、「具有影響力」有顯著的影響。實施體驗式教育訓練方案對組織集體效能的影響則包括「激發出團員克服困難的慾望與不服輸的精神」、「提升決策效率,加速達成目標」、「改善溝通方式,讓團隊更和諧」、「樂於分享,樂於協助他人」、「重新領悟已知的概念,運用於職場上」。
The purpose of the study was to search into the effect on enterprise collective efficacy through implementation of experiential education programs. With the development of experiential education, there have been many studies about applying experiential education programs at school. So we can know the benefits of experiential education better. In the United States, enterprises like to utilize experiential education to execute important themes that companies take seriously, like team building, achievements, problem solving, and communication. Especially, experiential education can be used in different scenarios to reach the objectives of training. The object of the study was an enterprise. I collected and analyzed the data of the samples via questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviewing. The results of the study reveal experiential education can facilitate collective efficacy indeed and show no differences between gender, age, or how long you’ve been serving the company. For the nine aspects of collective efficacy, experiential education has effects on “Job will certainly be done” and “To believe your own team is influential”. The concrete effects of collective efficacy through implementation of experiential education programs are “To arouse notions of overcoming difficulties and insistence”, “To facilitate efficiency of decision making to accelerate goal achievement”, “To improve the ways of communication to make team more harmonious”, “Happy to share and assist others”, and “To re-apprehend concepts which people used to know to use in career”.
