積木創意團隊跨領域合作創作歷程與影響-以電幻一號所積木藝術壁畫個案為例

Abstract
本研究主要目的為探究積木創意團隊跨領域合作模式,執行台電電幻一號所之積木藝術壁畫結合綠色能源專案的合作歷程與轉變,分析綠色能源教育的創新方法與價值。本研究係採個案研究方法,透過文件分析、訪談及資料蒐集。研究參與者為:積木創意團隊、跨領域合作對象、訪談相關對象,探究與台電電幻一號所綠能教具專案合作經驗之影響。研究結果為五點:一、積木創意團隊與台電公司綠能教育專案合作歷程,彰顯跨領域合作之核心價值產生具體效益,並激發出團隊的合作默契、問題排解技巧、溝通模式及方法,並經由效率的統整進行專業判斷與完整資訊回饋;二、積木創意團隊與台電公司綠能教育專案之合作,突破以往小面積作品的簡易思維侷限,改變製作工法的細膩規畫,完成立體結構巨大面積積木壁畫,涵蓋跨領域、創新及協同效益之與核心價值,提升團隊挑戰專案之執行效能與教育市場競爭力;三、積木創意團隊執行台電公司綠能教育專案,結合跨領域團隊應用積木媒材打造巨幅積木牆,表現公共藝術關鍵具象傳達與創新工法設計模式之應用,突破往常對積木拼裝模型的既定思維概念,作品具體彰顯出流暢力與獨創力,呈現合作效益與後續影響;四、積木創意團隊執行台電公司綠能教育專案創造出正向、多元核心價值,表現於跨領域的開放思維與強烈挑戰與執行力,實踐了積木與團隊結合之創新模式與核心價值;五、台電公司綠能教育專案實踐積木創新教育模式與價值,整合產、學合作平台影響力。最後,本研究依據以上研究結果針對跨領域合作創作之研究與實務提出建議。
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact and value of the cross-disciplinary collaboration model of the building block creative team in the implementation of the building block art mural combined with green energy project at Taipower D/S one to analyze the innovative approach and value of green energy education. This study was conducted through document analysis, interviews, and data collection using a case study approach. The participants of the study were the Block Creative Team, cross-disciplinary collaborators, and interviewees to explore the impact of the collaborative experience with the green energy teaching tool project of Taipower D/S one. The results of the study were five-fold: 1. The collaboration between the building block creative team and Taiwan Power Company's Green Energy Education Project demonstrated the core value of cross-disciplinary collaboration and generated concrete benefits, and stimulated the team's tacit understanding, problem-solving skills, communication patterns and methods, as well as professional judgment and complete information feedback through efficient integration; 2. The collaboration between the building block creative team and TEPCO's Green Energy Education Project broke through the simple thinking of the previous small-sized works and changed the delicate planning of the production method to complete a huge block mural, covering cross-disciplinary, innovative and synergistic benefits and core values, enhancing the execution efficiency of the team's challenging projects and the competitiveness of the education market; 3. The building block creative team implemented the green energy education project of Taipei power Corporation, and combined the cross-disciplinary team to create a giant building block wall using the building block media, expressing the key figurative communication of public art and the application of innovative design methods, breaking through the established thinking concept of building block assembly models. 4. The execution of the Green Energy Education Project by the building Creative Team has created positive and diversified core values, as demonstrated by the cross-disciplinary open-mindedness and strong challenge and execution ability, and has realized the innovative model and core values of the integration of building blocks and the team; 5. The Green Energy Education Project of Taiwan power Corporation implements the innovative educational model and value of building blocks, and integrates the influence of industry and academic cooperation platforms. Finally, based on the above findings, this study proposes recommendations for the research and practice of cross-disciplinary collaborative creation.
