國小學生家長參與學校教育與教師教學效能關係之研究:以新北市林口區國小為例

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討新北市林口區國小學生家長參與學校教育及教師教學效能的現況與關係,以及不同的學生背景在家長參與學校教育之差異情形。 根據上述之研究目的,本研究以新北市林口區415位國小四到六年級學生為研究對象,並於109年七月中旬完成「國小學生學習情形與家長參與學校教育調查問卷」施測,共回收有效問卷415份,問卷回收率100%。所得資料使用IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 統計軟體進行相關資料分析。本研究結果歸納後說明如下: 一、 國小學生家長,在班級面向及家庭面向的學校參與情形良好,其中又以在家庭「教養子女」的學校教育參與最佳,但在參與學校「志願服務」最有進步空間。顯示家長基於關心子女教育與學習表現之角度,藉由學校教育的參與,藉此進一步關注子女之學習歷程。 二、 國小六年級學生家長、本國籍家長、小家庭與隔代教養家庭的家長、職業為非事務人員的家長、小規模學校的家長,參與學校教育之情形較佳。 三、 國小教師教學效能整體現況表現良好,且以在教材內容呈現的教學效能表現最佳。顯示在學校學習過程中,學生能感受到教師透過有結構化、系統化呈現教材,以及不同教學法與情境,讓學生融會貫通學習內容。教師也能適時關注班上的學習氛圍,並評估班上整體的學習狀況後,能給予補救,幫助學生有效學習。 四、 國小學生家長參與學校教育與教師教學效能呈顯著正相關,顯示國小學生知覺家長參與學校教育越積極踴躍,教師教學效能也會越佳。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between Parents’ Participation in Elementary School Education and Teachers' Teaching Effectiveness in Linkou District , New Taipei City, and to examine the differences between different student background of parent participation in school education. Based on the purpose mentioned above, four hundred fifteen elementary school students, from grade four to six, in Linkou District of New Taipei City were randomly selected as the research participatnts. The data were collected in mid-July 2020 using the questionnaire of “Elementary School Students' Learning and Parents' Participation in School Education.” The valid response rate was 100%. To analyze the collected data, this research adopted IBM SPSS 23.0 statistical software and the research results were summarized as follows: First, parents of elementary school students have a good participation in class-oriented and family-oriented aspect. Among them, participation of"parenting their children" in the family-oriented is the best. On the other hand, the participation of "volunteer service" has room for improvement. The research found out that parents are based on the perspective of caring for their children’s education and learning performance, to take part in school education, to further pay attention to their children’s learning process. Second, parents with the following characteristics or factors have better participation in school education. For example,having-sixth graders in elementary schools, nationality of the Republic of China, from small families , from grandpareting families, non white-collar workers, and studying in small schools. Thirdly, the overall teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers is good. In particular, the teachers’ teaching effectiveness of presenting teaching materials is the best. This indicated that students perceived that they can master and comprehend successfully through teachers’ structured and systematic presented teaching materials and with various teaching methods. Moreover, when teachers give more attentions to learning climate in the classroom and implement remedial instruction when it’s necessary would help students more with learning results. Last but not least, the research results showed that there are positive correlation between elementary school parents’ participation in school education and teacher’s teaching effectiveness. The results indicate that the higher the elementary school parents’ participation in school education, the better the taechers’ teaching effectiveness .en_US
