Abstract

本研究主要探討臺北市國中教師之從眾效應與理財行為的關係,避免教師僅透過盲從跟隨他人來從事理財行為,期望能提高教師的理財知能,並提供為教育當局規劃理財教育相關研習之參考。 本研究透過問卷調查法,研究母體為臺北市國中教師,問卷所得資料以SPSS23.0電腦統計套裝軟體進行描述統計、T考驗、單因子變異數分析、斯皮爾曼相關及典型相關等量化分析。根據問卷分析結果,本研究主要發現摘要如下: 一、國中教師之「從眾效應」顯著,四向度間差異性低。 二、國中教師理財行為以「信用與借貸」向度表現最突出。 三、從眾效應因背景變項差異,國中教師在「年齡」、「教學年資」及「理財知識興趣程度」有達顯著差異。 四、理財行為因背景變項差異,國中教師在「性別」、「理財知識興趣程度」及 「理財實務經驗」有達顯著差異。 五、國中教師從眾效應與理財行為各向度間幾乎達顯著相關。 六、國中教師之從眾效應與理財行為有典型相關。 過去不乏針對教師理財行為作為研究主題,但是,以從眾效應的角度分析,本篇研究為首篇探討,並從研究結果中證實從眾效應與理財行為具有相關,教師的理財知能的提升確實刻不容緩。
The purpose for this study is to explore the correlation between junior high school teachers’ conformity effect and their financial behavior in Taipei City and to prevent teachers from blindly following others in engaging in financial behavior.A further purpose is to improve teachers' knowledge of financial management and provide future reference for educational authorities to plan financial education-related studies. This study adopts the questionnaire survey as a method and takes junior high school teachers as the study population.The data obtained from the questionnaire is analyzed through SPSS 23.0 computer statistics software and involves descriptive statistics,T-test,single factor analysis of variance,Spearman correlation,and canonical correlation analysis. According to the results of the study,the major findings are summarized as follows: 1.The teachers’ conformity effect is significant, and the difference among the four categories is low. 2.In terms of the teachers’ financial behavior,the category of "credit loans" shows the best prominence. 3.Regarding the teachers’background information as a factor influencing the conformity effect,"age"," teaching qualifications", and "interest in financial information" exhibited significant differences 4.Regarding the teachers’background information as a factor influencing the financial behavior,"gender","interest in financial information",and "financial experience"exhibited significant differences 5.There is a near significant correlation between the teachers’ conformity effect and their financial behavior within all categories. 6.There is a canonical correlation between the conformity effect and financial behavior of junior high school teachers in Taipei City. In the past, many research topics focused on teachers' financial behavior. However, in terms of conformity effect, this study is the first one that discusses it. It is also confirmed that the conformity effect is related to the financial behavior. Therefore, improving teachers' knowledge of financial management is very important.
