Abstract
大學校院學生事務處組織學習與組織效能關係之研究
摘 要
本研究係以我國大學校院學生事務處為主體,旨在探討大學校院學生事務處組織學習與組織效能的關係,進一步瞭解大學校院學生事務處組織人員變項(包含性別、年齡、學歷、服務年資、擔任職務與專兼任等六項)及組織環境變項(包含學校性質、學校地區、學校校齡及學校規模等四項)在組織學習與組織效能上的差異情形,及組織學習對組織效能的影響。
本研究之研究工具係參酌文獻、學者相關量表與配合大學校院學生事務處特性加以編擬而成之「大學校院學生事務處組織學習與組織效能關係之研究調查問卷」。本問卷計分三大部份,第一部分為基本資料、第二部分為組織學習調查問卷,其包含有知識獲取、系統思考、團隊學習、創意精進及共同願景五個向度,及第三部分學校效能調查問卷,包含有組織管理、成員滿意度、創新適應、目標達成等四個向度。
本研究以國內大學校院學生事務處人員為研究對象,經由調查問卷所蒐集到的初級資料經整理後獲得有效問卷有701份,分別以描述統計、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、皮氏積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等方法進行分析與討論。
本研究所獲致發現歸納如下:
一、大學校院學生事務處其組織學習與組織效能情況良好。
二、大學校院學生事務處組織人員變項中男性、年齡高、具博士學歷、擔任主管職務者,其對組織學習知覺情況較佳。
三、大學校院學生事務處組織環境變項中私立學院、中部地區、校齡在10年內、學生數在1萬至1萬5千人學校之學務人員其對組織學習知覺情況較佳。
四、大學校院學生事務處組織人員變項中男性、年齡高博士學歷、擔任主管職務、兼任者,其對組織效能知覺情況較佳。
五、大學校院學生事務處組織環境變項中私立學院、中部地區、校齡在50年以上、學生數在1萬至1萬5千人學校之學務人員對組織效能知覺情況較佳。
六、大學校院學生事務處組織學習中「共同願景」、「創新適應」與組織效能的關係呈現高度正相關。
七、大學校院學生事務處組織學習中的「共同願景」與「團隊學習」對組織效能最具有預測力。
Research of the relationship of learning and efficiency of the organization of the student affairs office of the collage of the university Summary The research takes the student affairs office of the collage of the university as the main body, and the goal is to discuss the relationship of learning and efficiency of it, furthermore, to understand the different situation of the learning and efficiency of the organization of the student affairs office and the influence of the learning upon the efficiency of the organization under the dissimilar items of organizational staffs (including sex, age, educational level, year of service, service position and full time and part time, six items for total)and organizational environmental dissimilar items( including the nature of the university, location of the university, age of the university and the scope of the university, four items for total) The tools utilized in the research are referring secondary data, relevant estimation tables from scholars and the edited “questionnaire of research of the relationship of learning and efficiency of the organization of the student affairs office of the collage of the university” according to the characteristics of the student affairs office of the collage of the university. The questionnaire is divided into three main parts. The first one is basic information, the second one is the questionnaire for organizational learning which includes knowledge obtainment, systematic thinking, group learning, creativity advancement and common prospect, five aspects for total and the third one is the questionnaire of the efficiency of the university which includes organizational management, satisfactory degree of the members, adaptation of innovation and goal achievement, four aspects for total. The research regards the members of the student affairs offices of the collage of the universities in the country as research objects, 701 copies of effective questionnaire are collected and organized through the measure of investigation as primary data which is analyzed and discussed with the use of descriptive statistics, dissimilar item analysis of the individual sample element, relevance of pearson’s product-moment, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The findings of the research is concluded as follows: 1. The condition of the learning and efficiency of the student affairs office of the collage of the university is good. 2. Among the dissimilar items of the organizational member of the student affairs office of the collage of the university, it appears that males with elder age, PhD degree, serve the post as supervisors have higher awareness of organizational learning. 3. Among the organizational environmental dissimilar items, it appears that student affairs staffs of private collages those in the middle region, within 10 years of school years and 10000-15000 students have higher awareness of organizational learning. 4. Among the dissimilar items of the organizational member of the student affairs office of the collage of the university, it appears that males with elder age, PhD degree, serve the post as supervisors have higher awareness of organizational efficiency. 5. Among the organizational environmental dissimilar items, it appears that student affairs staffs of private collages those in the middle region, within 50 years of school years and 10000-15000 students have higher awareness of organizational efficiency. 6.The common prospect and adaptation of innovation of the organizational learning of the student affairs office of the collage of the university have high positive relevance relationship with the organizational efficiency. 7. The common prospect and group learning of the organizational learning of the student affairs office of the collage of the university have the highest forecasting capability of the organizational efficiency.
