中華民國童軍總會國家研習營助理訓練員專業能力指標建構之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在構建中華民國童軍總會國家研習營助理訓練員專業能力的專業能力指標,進而分析各項指標的權重並做重要程度排序。研究對象為十一位具有資深經驗的童軍訓練員,透過運用兩回的「德懷術」和「層級分析法」,並利用「SPSS 22.0統計軟體」和「Expert Choice 11.5專家決策分析軟體」進行數據分析。研究結果呈現出「中華民國童軍總會國家研習營助理訓練員專業能力指標」,涵蓋五大關鍵層面,包括「童軍知識」、「訓練技能」、「成人學習技能」、「領導技能」和「個人發展技能」,共計包含28個具體專的專業能力指標。本研究分析結果顯示,中華民國童軍總會國家研習營助理訓練員專業能力在「五大層面」中,依重要性排序為:訓練技能、領導技能、個人發展技能、童軍知識、成人學習技能。一、 「童軍知識」各指標依重要性排序為:相關政策、團長訓練綱要、童軍運動的基本原則、童軍運動中的成年領袖、童軍運動與組織環境、童軍運動的歷史、世界政策、世界童軍運動及其架構、童軍運動與SDGs二、 「訓練技能」各指標依重要性排序為:主持人的角色與能力、訓練班設計、訓練方法、訓練課程的規劃與準備、基本訓練班管理、訓練班評鑑三、 「成人學習技能」各指標依重要性排序為:成人的學習原則、成人的學習方法、教學風格、體驗式學習模式四、 「領導技能」各指標依重要性排序為:領導知能、團隊建立技能、領導理論、人際關係管理技能五、 「個人發展技能」各指標依重要性排序為:人際關係、成長、學習技能、主題式發展、學習管理最後,根據本研究所運算及分析之結果,綜整對中華民國童軍總會國家研習營助理訓練員專業能力之未來建議及後續研究者之研究方向。
The aim of this study was to construct a set of professional competency indicators for assistant trainers in the national training camps of the Scouts of the Republic of China (ROC), and to analyze the weights and interrelationships of these indicators. The study involved eleven experienced scout trainers and employed the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), using SPSS 22.0 and Expert Choice 11.5 software for data analysis. The results presented the"Professional Competency Indicators for Assistant Trainers in the National Training Camps of the Scouts of the ROC," covering five key dimensions: "Scout Knowledge," "Training Skills," "Adult Learning Skills," "Leadership Skills," and "Personal Development Skills," comprising a total of 28 specific indicators. The analysis revealed that the importance ranking of professional competencies for assistant trainers in the national training camps of the Scouts of the ROC across the five dimensions was as follows: Training Skills, Leadership Skills, Personal Development Skills, Scout Knowledge, and Adult Learning Skills.For "Scout Knowledge," the indicators were ranked in order of importance as follows: relevant policies, scoutmaster training outline, basic principles of scouting, adult leaders in scouting, scouting and organizational environment, history of scouting, global policies, global scouting movement and its framework, scouting and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). For "Training Skills," the indicators were ranked in order of importance as follows: role and abilities of facilitators, training course design, training methods, planning and preparation of training courses, basic training course management, and training course evaluation.For "Adult Learning Skills," the indicators were ranked in order of importance as follows: adult learning principles, adult learning methods, teaching styles, experiential learning models. For "Leadership Skills," the indicators were ranked in order of importance as follows: leadership intelligence, team-building skills, leadership theories, interpersonal relationship management skills. For "Personal Development Skills," the indicators were ranked in order of importance as follows: interpersonal relationships, growth, learning skills, thematic development, learning management.Finally, based on the computational and analytical results of this study, recommendations for the future enhancement of professional competencies for assistant trainers in the national training camps of the Scouts of the ROC and directions for future research are synthesized.
