Abstract

本研究旨在探討臺北市國民中學因應教師專業發展評鑑之相關策略,並依據研究結果提出建議,以供相關教育單位、國民中學行政人員與未來研究之參考。 本研究根據相關文獻發展出「臺北市國民中學因應教師專業發展評鑑相關策略量表」問卷,以為資料蒐集之工具。本研究採分層隨機抽樣進行調查研究,受試者包括臺北市國民中學校長、主任、組長、導師與專任教師,共736人,其中有效樣本596人,可用率98.03%。資料之處理與分析包括描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、重複量數t考驗等統計方法。綜合文獻探討與調查研究結果,本研究的主要發現如下: 一、臺北市國民中學學校人員對學校因應策略的期望情形屬於中上程度。 二、臺北市國民中學因應教師專業發展評鑑相關策略的實施現況屬於中等程度。 三、臺北市國民中學因應教師專業發展評鑑之「個人期望」與「組織現況」之間有差異存在。 根據研究結論,本研究分別對教育行政機關、國民中學行政人員與未來研究提出參考建議。
The purposes of this study were to explore the strategies to teacher evaluation for profession development of junior high school in Taipei city, and provide suggestion to educational authorities, junior high school’s administrators and further study. Based on the literature review, the “Questionnaire of the strategies to Teacher Evaluation for Profession Development of Junior High School in Taipei City” was developed. There were total 736 people samples, including principals, department deans, department assistant deans, homeroom teachers and non-homeroom teachers of junior high school in Taipei city. Among them, there were 596 samples effective. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 for windows. According to the literature review and the questionnaire research, some conclusions were inducted as follow: 1. The expectation to teacher evaluation for profession development of junior high school in Taipei city from teachers was medium-high. 2. The current status of the teacher evaluation for profession development of junior high school in Taipei city was medium. 3. There were differences among personal expectation and organization status. Based on the conclusion, several recommendations were made for the educational authorities, junior high school’s administrators and future study.
