生態博物館之研究－以黃金博物館為例

Abstract

「黃金博物館園區」為台灣第一座生態博物館，作為臺灣較新之特殊歷史遺址，也是本土文化的一門顯學，回溯臺灣歷史記錄與發展事跡，至融合當代人文尋求文化認同，且背負著時代重大使命的建館意義。 黃金博物館在發展的過程中存在繁多複雜的定位思考，從定案實施至後續的發展，皆構成本研究想逐一探討的問題，將相關所有的問題作有系統組織，逐項釐清整理分析論述，提出策略的方針及整合解決的方案，乃是本論文所要研究的主要方向。採用實地展開田野調查及文獻為輔研究分析，呈現研究展示架構，透過專家深入訪談與觀眾問卷方式，經由質化與量化分析結果，歸納出「黃金博物館園區」之現況成效，並對於當地居民互動、學校教育、當地產業、交通，以及黃金博物館本身的展示以及未來中長期提出幾點的建議。 「黃金博物館園區」現今在硬體展示設備上大致完善，但唯獨軟體方面尚嫌不足，且由問卷中可發現，民眾的知識匱乏。此外，另一項議題為交通問題，在訪談分析與觀眾問卷均一致認為在交通方面仍然不便利。 在此，本研究利用「SWOT分析法」分析出黃金博物館現今狀態；再以「TOWS矩陣法」分析各項策略，以及短期與中長期之建議；短期策略：1. 解決當地交通問題。2. 導覽人員的增加。3. 回饋當地，開放當地居民免費進入館。在中長期策略方面：1. 改變現在「由上而下」的政策方式，以「由下而上」的草根型態和生態博物館「由外而內」的經營方式。2. 結合學校教育，培訓當地居民成為黃金博物館園區的工作人員。3. 結合國民教育之課程，推廣黃金博物館園區之理念與特色。4. 新景點的開發，增加黃金博物館展覽的多樣性。 然而，不論在短期或是中長期的策略中，必定要考量到其策略對於整體環境的影響，減少對當地珍貴的人文及地域特色的衝擊。

“Gold Ecological Park” is the first ecological museum in Taiwan, as a newly historical site in Taiwan, and also as a paradigm of native culture. It has great meaning to the era, from retrieving the historical records and development to cultural identity of Taiwan. There are many complicated position thoughts existing in the development of Gold Ecological Park. In this research, we want to discuss the details from the practice to the subsequent development. The priority is to list all of the relative problems then analyze& describe them. We analyze the contexts of display via the literature review approach and field survey. At the same time, by using quantity and qualitative approach analyze the result of in-depth interview and questionnaire to introduce the fruitage of Gold Ecological Park. In the event, presents some advices about interaction with the resident, education, industry, traffic, displays of museum, and the future development. Nowadays the display of hardware for the “Gold Ecological Park” is almost perfect, but the software is insufficient. According to the questionnaire we can find that the visitor comprehension is poor, by the way the traffic is still inconvenience. This research utilizes “SWOT analysis” to analyze the present status of Gold Ecological Park, then utilizes “TOWS matrix” to present some suggestions. Short term suggestions: 1. Solve the traffic problem 2. Increase the docent 3. Contribute to the local social. Mid-long term suggestions: 1. Change the top-down and inside-out policy to bottom-up and outside-in policy. 2. Combine the school education to train the residences for Gold Ecological Park stuff. 3. Combine the compulsory education to promote the objects and characters. 4. Develop new scenic spots to diversity the exhibition in Gold Ecological Park. However, no matter in the short term policies or mid-long term policies must consider the influence on the entire environment, and the impact on local cultural and regional characters.
