荷蘭合球發展策略之研究 --以PKC俱樂部為例

Abstract

摘要 荷蘭為合球運動的發明國，實力亦為世界之冠，與俱樂部組織策略習習相關，其中，PKC俱樂部為戰績與規模最佳之標竿，值得深入探討。本研究之目的為一、了解荷蘭的合球運動形成俱樂部之過程。二、分析荷蘭合球俱樂部個案之發展策略。研究方法採觀察法、半結構式訪談與文獻探討，研閱整理及綜合敘述，並整合相關資料後探討出以下結論：一、荷蘭合球協會及國際合球組織的發展進而形成荷蘭合球運動俱樂部、合球俱樂部聯盟發展策略、荷蘭合球俱樂部升降制度與重大賽事。荷蘭的運動俱樂部發展給予民眾有良好完善的運動環境，青年學生形成終身運動的良好習慣，荷蘭運動競技實力的提升。二、PKC合球俱樂部之發展策略；PKC合球俱樂部從基層做起，完整的孩童青少年發展計畫，優秀的教練團隊， Ben Crum教練具有豐富執教經驗的教練，也是荷蘭國家代表隊的金牌教練，不斷的培育頂尖的優秀選手，加上偉大的PKC合球俱樂部志工，建立俱樂部發展的獨特性，成為合球運動發展指標性的俱樂部。荷蘭合球之所以能稱霸全世界，主因為荷蘭運動文化運動俱樂部制度非常完善。PKC俱樂部商業模式經營策略及PKC俱樂部訓練模式，使PKC俱樂部成為全荷蘭規模最大的俱樂部也是競賽實力全國第一名。

The Netherlands is the invention of the national sport korfball, and the strength is also highest in the world. The strength of the Netherlands is so strong breeze associated with the club organizational strategy. Because PKC club has the best record with the largest scale, worthy of further exploration. The purpose of this study is understanding the formation of the Dutch korfball club and analyzing development strategy of the Dutch korfball club case. Our study approach are observation, semistructured interview and literature review. After finishing reading research and integrating relevant information to explore the following conclusions: 1. The developing of Dutch korfball association and the international korfball organizations formated Dutch korfball clubs and Club Alliances Development Strategy. It also formed upgrade and downgrade system of Dutch korfball club and major competitions. Development of sports clubs in the Netherlands provide people good environment for exercising, make young students form good habits of a lifetime exercise and enhance athletic strength. 2. Developing strategy of PKC clubs: PKC Korfball Club from the grassroots level, a complete child youth development programs, excellent coaching team, Ben Crum coach coach has extensive coaching experience, as well as the Dutch national team's gold medal coach, constantly cultivate the top players, plus the great PKC Korfball Club volunteers, establish the uniqueness of the club development and become korfball club sports development indicator.Dutch korfball has been able to dominate the world, mainly due to the Dutch korfball club system is complete.
