dc.description.abstract本研究探討臺北縣學校社會工作方案的初步成效,分析影響成效的相關因素,並根據研究結果提出未來學校社會工作發展的建議。研究過程採用質化方式,共深入訪談了12位臺北縣學校社工相關之行政人員與專輔人員。研究工具則為自編之訪談題綱。主要研究發現為: 1.初步實施成效包括:促進學校各處室的合作,社會資源的運用增加,老師對學生的接納與關心程度提高,中輟生人數明顯減少及學校無法處理個案降低。 2.影響成效的負面因素主要為人員的不穩定及素質不一,學校社工的定位與工作內容不明,學校差勤管理的限制及學校文化與社工專業的衝突等。正面因素則有:高層主管的投入、教育局的支持及方案的規劃良好與彈性等。 3.受訪者建議未來應制度化,增加經費與人力,提升學校社工人員素質及釐清服務對象與工作內容。 研究者最後針對未來學校社會工作方案之發展提出具體之建議。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThis article investigated the effectiveness of the school social work program by interviewing 12 administrators and school social workers in the Taipei County. Results showed that the use of community resources had increased, and the numbers of students dropping out of school had decreased. Factors that had impacts on the effectiveness of the school social work program were also examined. Implications for the Taipei county Education Bureau to develop feasible strategies for successfully building the school social work program are discussed.en_US
