dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討國立臺灣師範大學(臺灣師大)學生運動態度、運動行為與健康生活品質之現況,及其關聯性,以96學年度第二學期修習體育課的學生866人為研究對象,於2008年4月14至18日,以「大學生運動態度、運動行為與健康生活品質調查問卷」進行資料的蒐集,並以描述性統計、單因子變異數及典型相關進行統計分析,所得結論如下: 一、臺灣師大學生運動態度普遍持正向同意的看法,主要為利益構面的取向,且有規律運動行為學生高於三成,然臺灣師大學生健康生活品質狀況較差,可鼓勵學生將良好的運動態度與運動行為加以連結,進而提升健康生活品質。 二、經由瞭解臺灣師大學生參加運動代表隊層級以及規律運動行為程度,能有效瞭解其運動態度情形,支持了態度與行為的雙向關係之說法。 三、臺灣師大學生參加運動代表隊者,其運動行為較多,而健康生活品質的整體身體、心理健康狀態,明顯優於沒有參加運動代表隊、運動行為較少的學生,支持運動行為與健康生活品質有關之論點。 四、臺灣師大學生的運動態度、行為與健康生活品質有顯著關聯性,即增加其運動態度與行為,則可改善健康生活品質。改善學生運動投入及成就與心理滿足的運動態度,可提升活力及一般健康狀況的生活品質。 有鑑於此,臺灣師大可輔導學生將良好的運動態度加以落實,養成規律運動行為,學生亦應主動留意增進健康生活品質的訊息及管道,進而提升健康生活品質。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to describe exercise attitude, exercise behavior and health-related quality of life and to explore the relations between the three variables among National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) students. NTNU students who took physical education class at second semester 2007 year were the subjects. “The Questionnaire of Exercise Attitude, Exercise Behavior and Health-related Quality of Life among College Students” was used to collect data during April 14th to 18th, 2008. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation were performed for data analysis. The conclusions were as follows: 1. NTNU students generally had positive attitude to exercise behavior and had aptitude for exercise benefits categories. About 36.6% of respondents were reported as regular exerciser. Comparing to other investigations, while the health-related quality of life of NTNU students was lower. Students should be encouraged to make a good connection of exercise attitude and exercise behavior to their health-related quality of life. 2. Three levels of participation of sport teams and the exercise behavior of NTNU students associated with its exercise attitude. That supports the interactive relationship between attitude and behavior. 3. NTNU students who participated in sport team did more exercise behavior and had better health-related quality of life than those who did not. That supports that exercise behavior could improve health-related quality of life. 4. It was significant relationship between NTNU students exercise attitude, exercise behavior and health-related quality of life. Thus, improving students’ exercise attitude and exercise behavior could increase their health-related quality of life. Furthermore, improving students’ involvement and achievement and satisfaction categories of exercise attitude could increase their vitality and general health of health-related quality of life. Based on the findings, NTNU should propose good projects to encourage students to make a good connection of exercise attitude and exercise behavior, and then to improve health-related quality of life.en_US
