中藥配方顆粒劑B307對運動與代謝的影響

Abstract
人類使用草藥已有數千年的歷史,長期以來亞洲人也經常使用中草藥來治療各種疾病。在臺灣,近年來也開始用現代科學的角度研究中草藥對身體功能的影響。目前已有許多研究結果顯示:中草藥能夠增促進改善運動期間代謝功能的調節以及增進運動的表現。因此,中草藥的應用也漸漸受到運動科學領域的重視。本論文以人參、丹參、五味子、麥門冬等四種中草藥組成的中藥配方顆粒劑B307作為增補劑,利用細胞與動物模式,探討中藥B307對運動表現與代謝功能調節的影響。論文第一部分實驗首先利用SH-SY5Y人類神經瘤母細胞與H9c2大鼠心肌细胞模式,檢視B307對神經與心肌細胞放電表現與細胞內鈣離子流的影響,實驗結果發現B307處理會顯著增加SH-SY5Y神經細胞放電表現與H9c2心肌細胞的鈣離子內流強度。論文第二部分實驗使用鴿子離體胸大肌模式,檢視B307對鴿子離體胸大肌的收縮力量與疲勞曲線的影響,實驗結果發現鴿子餵食中藥B307二週後,離體胸大肌的收縮力量與疲勞曲線明顯大於空白處理的鴿子胸大肌,而且較不容易產生疲勞。綜合實驗第一、二部份結果,說明B307可以透過增加神經細胞放電表現與心肌細胞鈣離子內流來增強鴿子胸大肌的運動表現。論文第三部分實驗使用去甲狀腺大鼠作為實驗動物,檢視餵食B307後,是否可以明顯改善代謝功能低下的症狀?實驗結果發現甲狀腺大鼠餵食中藥B307二週後,可以有效緩解大鼠甲狀腺切除引起的心肺運動功能障礙,實驗第三部份結果說明B307可以作為緩解甲狀腺切除引起的心肺運動功能障礙的替代醫療。綜合上述結果,我們認為以人參、丹參、五味子、麥門冬等四種中草藥組成的中藥配方顆粒劑B307,應該可以作為增強運動與代謝生理功能的增補劑。
Abstract Humans have used herbal medicine for thousands years, and Asians have often used Chinese herbal medicine to treat various diseases for a long time. In Taiwan, in recent years, it has also begun to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicines on body functions from the perspective of modern science. At present, many research results show that: Chinese herbal medicine can increase and improve the regulation of metabolic function during exercise and improve the performance of exercise. Therefore, the application of Chinese herbal medicine has gradually received attention in the field of sports science. In this paper, the traditional Chinese medicine formula granule B307 composed of four Chinese herbal medicines such as Ginseng Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus and Ophiopogonis Tuber is used as a supplement, using cell and animal models to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine B307 on exercise performance and metabolic function regulation. The first part of the research examined the effects of B307 on the electrical discharge performance and intracellular calcium flow in neural and cardiac myocytes using SH-SY5Y human neuroma mother cells and H9c2 rat cardiac myocyte model. Experimental results showed that B307 treatment significantly increased the discharge performance of SH-SY5Y neuronal cells and the calcium influx intensity of H9c2 cardiomyocytes. The second part of the research examined the effect of B307 on the contraction force and fatigue curve of the pigeon's pectoralis major muscle by using the pigeon's ex vivo pectoralis major muscle pattern. The experimental results showed that the contraction strength and fatigue curve of the isolated pectoralis major muscle were significantly greater than those of the blank-treated pectoralis major muscle after pigeons were fed Chinese medicine B307 for two weeks, and they were less likely to become fatigued. The results of the first and second parts of the experiment show that B307 can enhance the sports performance of pigeon pectoralis major by increasing the discharge performance of nerve cells and the influx of calcium ions in cardiac muscle cells. In the third part of the research, dethyroid rats were used as experimental animals. After feeding B307, whether it can significantly improve the symptoms of low metabolic function? The results of the experiment found that thyroid rats fed with traditional Chinese medicine B307 for two weeks can effectively alleviate the cardiopulmonary motor dysfunction caused by thyroidectomy in rats. The third part of the experiment shows that B307 can be used as an alternative medicine to relieve the cardiopulmonary motor dysfunction caused by thyroidectomy. Summarizing the above results, we believe that the Chinese herbal formula granule B307, which is composed of four herbs including Ginseng Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus and Ophiopogonis Tuber, should be used as a supplement to enhance exercise and metabolic physiological functions.
