國中學生資源回收行為意圖及相關因素之研究~以嘉義縣某國中為例

Abstract
摘要
本研究之主要目的在於探討:國中學生資源回收行為意圖及各變項之相關,運用Ajzen 和 Fishbein(1980)的理性行動理論(the Theory of Reasoned Action)及Bandura (1982) 的自我效能理論(Self-efficacy)來驗證國中學生從事資源回收的行為意圖與相關變項之關係。
本研究以嘉義縣某國中九十五學年度第二學期在學的全體學生為母群體,以分層集束抽樣,得有效樣本320人。研究工具為研究者依開放式引導問卷填答結果,篩選出顯著信念,再自編而成的結構式問卷。
本研究的重要結果如下:
一、嘉義縣國中學生對從事資源回收的態度、主觀規範、自我效能能顯著地
預測其從事資源回收的意圖,且對資源回收行為意圖之解釋量為49.1%。
二、外在變項中,目前回收情形及資源回收認知與資源回收行為意圖均有顯著
相關。
三、大多數的受試者對於資源回收行為持正向的態度。
四、態度與行為信念和結果評價的交乘積和為顯著正相關;主觀規範與規範
信念和依從動機的交乘積和為顯著正相關。
五、本研究結果支持理性行動理論中,外在變項是透過態度以及主觀規範來間
接影響行為意圖的論點。
Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between resources recycling intention and related factors for the junior high school students through the Theory of Reasoned Action of Ajzen and Fishbein (1980) and the Self-efficacy of Bandura (1982). The sample was selected by stratified cluster sampling from a junior high school in Chia-yi county in Taiwan in 2007. The total number of subjects participated in the study was 320. The research instrument was the questionnaire. The important results of this study were as follows: 1.The students’ attitude, subjective norms and the self-efficacy remarkably predicted the intention of resources recycling, and the explanation power was 49.1% toward the intention. 2.Among the external variables, both the situation of the recycling and the cognition of resources recycling had remarkable relationships with the intention of resources recycling. 3.Most of the students held the positive attitude toward the resource recycling. 4.There were significantly positive correlations between attitude and the product of beliefs of outcomes weighted evaluations of outcomes, between subjective norms and the product of normative beliefs weighted motivation. 5.The results of this study supported the Theory of Reasoned Action that the external variables influenced the behavioral intention only through attitude and subjective norms.
