Abstract
本研究旨在探討臺北地區公立國民中學全面品質管理之實施情形,並進一步瞭解不同背景教師對學校實施全面品質管理知覺之差異情形,最後根據研究結果,針對教育行政機關、學校、及未來相關之研究者分別提出相關建議。
本研究以臺北地區公立國民中學之教師為研究對象,以「臺北地區公立國民中學全面品質管理實施現況之研究調查問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查,再進一步以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,進行資料分析並獲以下主要結論:
一、臺北地區公立國民中學全面品質管理之實施情形良好
二、臺北地區公立國民中學全面品質管理實施以顧客滿意方面最受教師所肯定
三、不同學歷、現任職務、服務年資、學校位置、學校規模的教師對全面品質管理實施之知覺情形有所不同
四、不同性別、年齡教師對全面品質管理實施之知覺情形大致相同
This study was aimed to investigate the current status of implementation of Total Quality Management in public junior high school in Taipei area, and explore more about the perception differences of implementation of Total Quality Management in schools between different personal backgrounds of teachers. In this study, the survey research method was used to collect pertinent data, and the questionnaire “The Research Questionnaire on the Current Status of Implementation of Total Quality Management in Public Junior High School in Taipei Area” was administered as a tool. Furthermore, descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA analysis were used to analysis the data. The conclusions were as follows: 1.The current status of implementation of Total Quality Management in public junior high school in Taipei area was good. 2.In the current status of Total Quality Management implementation, the aspect of customer satisfaction was most affirmed by teachers in public junior high school in Taipei area. 3.Teachers who are different with education, current office position, length of service, school location, and school size have significant differences in the perception of the Implementation of Total Quality Management in school. 4.Teachers who are different with gender, age did not have significant differences in the perception of the Implementation of Total Quality Management in school. Based on the conclusions, the study was to provide some suggestions for Educational administrations, schools, and further researchers respectively.
