運動介入對國中過重及肥胖男學生體適能之影響

本研究的目的在探討國中過重及肥胖男學生進行10週每週五次運動介入,對身體組成、柔軟度、肌耐力、瞬發力、心肺耐力之影響。實驗挑選身體質量指數大於或等於25之國中男學生20位為樣本,隨機分派為兩組,實驗組10位、對照組10位,實驗前作同質性考驗。實驗期間實驗組進行10週,每週五次,每次30~40分鐘,運動強度以最大心跳率55%~80%的騎腳踏車運動介入,對照組同一時段則維持日常生活作習,不作任何訓練。以t-test分析各變數之間的差異性,顯著水準定為α =.05。實驗組經過10週運動介入訓練活動在身體組成、柔軟度、肌耐力、瞬發力、心肺耐力前後測皆達統計顯著水準(P<.05)。對照組未實施運動介入訓練活動,經過10週後體適能數值前後測未達統計顯著水準(P>.05),實驗組與對照組後測在體適能數值僅在柔軟度上達統計顯著水準(P<.05)。本研究之結論,運動介入對國中過重及肥胖男學生身體組成、柔軟度、肌耐力、瞬發力、心肺耐力方面,有正面影響有助於體適能的提昇。
The Effect of Exercise Training on the Physical Fitness of Junior middle school Overweight and Obese schoolboys Abstract This study was aimed to investigate the effects of 10 week. regular exercise on the physical fitness of overweight and obese junior high school boys. The exercise is designed with the intensity of 5 times per week for 10 consecutive weeks. After the exercise is completed, the boys are checked in their body composition, flexibility, endurance of muscle, explosive strength, cardio-pulmonary endurance. In this experiment. 20 junnior high school male students having Body mass index (BMI)grecter than 25 were recevited as subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups: experiment group (N=10, EG) and contrasting group(N=10, CG). The subjects of EG had received 10-week bicycle training, 5 days each week, 30-40 minutes each day, with intensity approximately 55-80% maximal heart rate. The subjects of CG hadn’t received any physical training. All the subjects had received the physical fitness tests including BMI, sit and reach, one minute sit-up, standing long jump and 1600m walk and run, before and after 10 weeks of traning. The collected data were analyzed with dependent and independent t-test. The BMI, sit and reach, one minute sit-up, standing long jump and 1600m walk and run of EG were significantly improved (p<.05) after 10 week traing. The physical fitness of CG remained unchanged after 10 weeks. The 10-week bicycle traing had significantly improved the physical fitness of Overweight and obese junnior high school male students.
