Abstract
本研究主要目的在探討瑜伽運動對高職中重度智能障礙學生健康體適能之影響,採單組前後測實驗設計,以某特殊教育學校15名高職部中重度智能障礙學生為研究對象,接受為期12週、每週2次、每次50分鐘之瑜伽運動課程。測驗後所得資料以SPSS for windows 23版進行統計,以成對樣本t檢定考驗健康體適能各項測驗之前測及後測有無差異。研究結果顯示:
一、中重度智能障礙學生身體組成之改變達顯著差異。
二、中重度智能障礙學生肌肉適能之改善具顯著差異。
三、中重度智能障礙學生柔軟度之改善具顯著差異。
四、中重度智能障礙學生心肺適能之改善具顯著差異。
因此,本研究的結論為瑜伽運動可提升高中職中重度智能障礙學生之健康體適能。
The study aimed to discuss the effect of yoga to the health-related physical fitness of the moderation and severe intellectual disability students in vocational high school. The study adopted one-group pretest-posttest design, took 15 students with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities in a special education school. The group took the yoga program for 12 weeks, twice a week, 50 minutes at each time. The statistics was collected by SPSS for Windows 23 version and examined if the physical fitness between pre and post-tests have significant difference through paired-sample t test. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Body composition of students with moderation and severe intellectual disability were found significantly improved (p<.05). 2. Muscular fitness of students with moderation and severe intellectual disability were found significantly improved (p<.01). 3. Flexibility of students with moderation and severe intellectual disability were found significantly improved (p<.001). 4. Cardiovascular fitness of students with moderation and severe intellectual disability were found significantly improved (p<.01). Therefore, the study concluded that the yoga exercise has positively improved physical fitness for the moderate and severe intellectual disabilities students in vocational school.
