銀髮海嘯中的方舟：桃園大有日間照顧中心的永續樂活照顧服務方案

Abstract
在高齡少子化趨勢下，我國即將於 2025 年進入超高齡社會，接下來的30-50年將會是一波極大的銀髮照顧海嘯。日間照顧中心為社區重要的專業照顧模式之一，因此，如何提供社區高齡者永續樂活的照顧服務方案為重要的議題。有鑑於國內研究較少針對日間照顧中心的永續樂活照顧方案進行探討，本研究之主要目的為透過焦點團體法，於2023年4月期間，訪談及歸納12位社區意見領袖、高齡者、家屬以及專業人員對於日間照顧中心的永續樂活照顧服務的看法。主要研究結果如下: 環境設置部分，建議增加清晰易懂的圖示、加強各項安全措施與規範以及需設置足夠的休息空間；課程與活動部分，建議結合家屬專長及社區資源，設計漸進式、多樣化及符合長輩需求的課程與活動；服務項目部分，建議可辦理規律性的團體活動，並將服務延伸至照顧者增能、甚至是與社區結合的戶外活動。本研究之結果將有助於未來日間照顧中心規劃及設計永續樂活照顧方案時進行參考。
It is estimated that Taiwan will become a super-aged society by 2025 due to low birth rate and increasing aging population. Given that there will be a significant need of health care in next 30-50 years, day care center may play an important role of processional care in the community. Therefore, it is important to design a sustainable and lohas care service program of day care center. However, limited studies have examine this issue. The purpose of this study aimed to collect opinions from 12 key opinion leaders, older adults, and professionals via focus groups. The main findings showed that regarding the physical environment, it is suggested to increase the clear icons, enhance the safety and regulation, as well as provide rest area. For curriculums and activities, it is suggested to integrate caregivers’ expertise and community resources, as well as design progressive, varied curriculums and activities that can meet older adults’ need. For the service programs, it is suggested to hold regular group activities, extend service to the caregivers, and community-based outdoors activities. Our results can be informative for day care centers to design sustainable and lohas care service programs in the future.
