Abstract
本研究旨在探討桃竹苗地區國民中學特教組長知覺校長領導風格類型與特殊教育推行委員會運作效能之關係。採用問卷調查法,有效問卷 90 份,有效回收率 89.1%,所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析處理。歸納本研究之結論如下:
一、桃竹苗地區國民中學特教組長知覺校長領導風格類型傾向於人和型、民主開放型及人性關懷型之比例最高。
二、桃竹苗地區國民中學特教組長因不同特殊教育班級類型,對校長領導風格類型有顯著差異。
三、桃竹苗地區國民中學特教組長因不同學校規模、學校位置,對特殊教育推行委員會運作效能有顯著差異。
四、桃竹苗地區國民中學特教組長知覺校長領導風格類型與特殊教育推行委員會之運作效能有顯著相關,以「民主開放型」相關程度最高。
五、桃竹苗地區國民中學特教組長知覺校長領導風格類型,「民主開放型」對特殊教育推行委員會之運作效能具有預測力。
根據研究發現,研究者提出相關建議,作為教育行政機關、校長及未來研究之參考。
The purposes of this study were aimed to examine the special education section chiefs’ perception of the principal leadership styles and the effectiveness of the Special Education Promotion Committee in junior high schools of the region Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli. Questionnaire was used to collect data. There were 90 valid questionnaires that stood for 89.1% response rate. Frequency percertage, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze data. The findings were elaborated as follows: 1.The main principal leadership styles of the junior high school in region Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli were harmonious co-operation style, democratic style and humanitarian style. 2.There were significant differences in the special education section chiefs’ perception about the principal leadership styles in special classes. 3.There were significant differences in the special education section chiefs’ perception about the effectiveness of the Special Education Promotion Committee in school size and location. 4.There were significant correlations between the principal leadership styles and the effectiveness of the Special Education Promotion Committee; among them, the highest degree of correlation was democratic style. 5.Among all the principal leadership styles, democratic style had significant predictive power on the effectiveness of the Special Education Promotion Committee. Baesd on the findings, suggestions were presented to the educational administration, principals and further researches in the future.
