台南地區國中體育教師時間管理之調查研究

Abstract

  本研究旨在瞭解國民中學體育教師時間管理的現況,其次比較不同背景的國中體育教師其時間管理現況與運用策略之差異情形,最後則探討國中體育教師個人背景變項及時間管理現況與時間管理策略運用之相關情形。研究參與者是台南地區公私立國中282位體育教師,以「台南地區國中體育教師時間管理調查問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。正式問卷回收201份,回收率為85.53%,有效問卷計195份,可用率為97.02%。依實際所得資料,分別以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行分析,結果發現:(一)國中體育教師平均一天上班時間中,以教學工作佔最大比例;(二)影響國中體育教師時間管理的最大干擾因素是「事必躬親」,遭遇最大困難是「偶發事情太多擾亂時間規劃」;(三)國中體育教師最常用的時間管理原則是「設定時間限制」,而策略得分最高的項目是「能在截止期限前完成每一項工作」;(四)兼行政的國中體育教師平均工作時數顯著高於兼導師者,有兼教練的國中體育教師平均工作時數顯著高於未兼教練者;(五)國中體育教師工作時間與時間壓力管理呈極顯著負相關。基於研究結果,本研究建議國中體育教師重視時間管理,減輕時間壓力、提昇專業效能。
  This study aimed to investigate the present situations of junior high school physical education teachers’ time management. It was also intended to compare different perceptions of the current situation and the strategies of time management among junior high school physical education teachers with different backgrounds. Finally, it explored the relationships among individual background variables, the current situation and the strategies of time management. “The questionnaire of Junior High School Physical Education Teachers’ Time Management in Tainan” were administered to 282 junior high school physical education teachers in Tainan. Two hundred and one (85.53%) questionnaires were returned and 195 (97.02%) of them was valid. Descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation were used to statistically analyze the survey data. The results revealed the following findings: (1) Teaching was the highest in the distribution of working hours; (2) The most interference factor of time management was “Do it personally” and the most difficult factor was “Too many incidents out of plan”; (3) The way of time management in common use was “Setting the due date” and the good time management strategy was “To finish everything before the due date”; (4) The administrative teachers’ working hours were more than the advisory teachers’ working hours and the part-time coaches’ working hours were more than those teachers who did not coach; (5) There was a significant negative relationship between teachers’ working hours and time stress management. Based on the above research results, this study suggest that junior high school physical education teachers should emphasize time management, lighten time pressure and promote professional effectiveness.
