全球化對女性經濟與社會生活資源之影響

Abstract

我國正面對全球化的影響，就女性的角度言，其所受到的影響有可能是正面，也可能負面，有待研究。本研究將透過二級資料的分析探討全球化對台灣女性的經濟與社會資源已經或即將產生何種影響，並檢視當前女性相關政策與措施是否足以因應全球化的挑戰，據以提出可行政策，作為因應之參考。研究的範圍包括勞動市場、照顧、教育、健康、貧窮、充權與意識型態等七個課題。本研究將以前後對照的方式，比較全球化前後，女性經濟與社會生活資源的差異，並找出哪些是受到全球化的影響。

This research is to examine the impacts of globalization on Taiwan's women, and to propose a policy development to response this challenge. Seven important issues will be investigated, including labor market participation, family care, education, health, poverty, empowerment, and ideology. Secondary data analysis method is adopted to analyze the differences between the 1980s and 2000s, and the investigator will try to tell what factors shape the condition.
