dc.description.abstract本論使用高溫注入法合成鈣鈦礦量子點(perovskite quantum),再與帶通濾波片作為垂直面形共振腔,做為結合。在這當中鈣鈦礦量子點作為發光增益介質,透過355 nm 脈衝雷射激發雷射。實驗分為三大類,實驗一:調控鈣鈦礦的反應物比例做出藍、綠、紅溶液,各別做材料分析以及光學分析,實驗二:將鈣鈦礦量子點旋塗至布拉格反射鏡上,再將另一片帶通濾波片蓋上,形成垂直腔面發雷射(Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser)以355 nm 脈衝雷射激發雷射,實驗三:將藍、綠、紅色鈣太礦塗至於帶通濾波片試做出白光雷射zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this work, we uses hot injection to synthesize perovskite quantum dots, and then combines with high-reflection Bragg mirrors as vertical-surface resonant cavities. In this case, the perovskite quantum dot acting with gain medium and excites the laser through a 355 nm pulsed laser. The experiment is divided into three categories. Experiment 1: The proportion of reactants for controlling perovskite is made into blue, green and red solutions, and each material is analyzed and optically analyzed. Experiment 2: Spin perovskite quantum dots on Bragg mirrors. On the other hand, another Bragg mirror is covered to form a Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser to excite the laser with a 355 nm pulsed laser. Experiment 3: By using blue, green and red perovskite quantum dot and the high-reflection Bragg mirror ,and try to make a white light laseren_US
