臺北縣國民小學特教組長工作困擾之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討台北縣國民小學特教組長之工作困擾情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「台北縣國民小學特教組長工作現況調查問卷」為研究工具,針對台北縣國小特教組長進行普查。共發出200份問卷,回收有效問卷185份,問卷所得資料以平均數、標準差及次數分配百分比等統計方法進行分析。研究結果歸納如下:
一、特教組長在整體工作困擾屬稍有困擾程度,在工作負荷、人際溝通、特教
專業知能三個向度中,以工作負荷困擾程度最高,人際溝通最低。
二、個人背景變項方面:
(一)男、女性的特教組長於整體工作困擾感受無差異。
(二)年齡50歲以上、未婚特教組長、特研所與師範院校特教系畢業者、合格
特教教師及特教組長年資在五年以上者,整體工作困擾感受程度都是最
高。
三、學校背景變項方面:全校班級數愈多、特殊班班級數愈多者及學校所在地
區為鎮者,整體工作困擾感受最高。
最後,針對研究結果對台北縣教育行政主管單位、學校行政單位、特教組長以及未來研究等方面提出建議。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the job problems faced by Special Education section chiefs in Elementary School. The data was collected by questionnaires. Self-designed “Questionnaire of job problems for special education section chiefs in elementary school in the Taipei county.” 185 acceptable questionnaires were collected. The data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, percentage. The results are as follows: 1.On the whole, the problems a special education section chief encounters are mostly moderate. In the three aspects of special education capabilities–namely workload, interpersonal communications and special education specialty–workload troubles the chief the most, while interpersonal communications troubles the least. 2. Personal background variations: I.There's no difference of problem encountered between male and female special education section chiefs. II.For section chiefs aged over 50, still single, those who graduated from special education graduate school or special education department from normal colleges, qualified special education teachers, special education section chiefs with over five years of tenure all experience the highest degree of problems. 3. School background variations: The more classes a school has, or the more special education classes and the closer to a town the location of the school is, the more pestering problems they have. Based on the results, the researcher offered some suggestions to the Education Bureau of Taipei county, the school, special education section chiefs for future study.
