學齡前幼童主要照顧者對口腔衛生保健的知識、態度及行為之研究─
以桃園市某公立幼稚園為例

摘 要
本研究主要目的在瞭解學齡前幼童主要照顧者對口腔衛生保健
的知識、態度及行為之關係,針對學齡前幼童主要照顧者的口腔衛生保健知識、態度和行為提供建議,進而降低學齡前幼童的齲齒情形。
研究對象為九十七學年度就讀桃園市某公立幼稚園四到六歲之
幼童主要照顧者,共得171位有效問卷。
本研究結果如下:
一、口腔衛生保健知識方面,高社經地位較優於中社經地位;口腔衛
生保健態度方面,高社經地位較優於低社經地位。
二、主要照顧者年齡與口腔衛生保健知識顯示出負相關,社經地位與
口腔衛生保健知識顯示出正相關
三、口腔衛生保健態度與口腔衛生,口腔保健行為顯示出正相關。
四、社會人口學變項、口腔衛生保健知識、口腔衛生保健態度等變項
可解釋口腔衛生保健行為的總變異量為23.9%,其中以口腔衛生
保健態度最能有效預測口腔衛生保健行為。
最後,本研究提出建議可擴大研究對象、增加學校衛生教育,以及利用醫療院管道等方式,讓學齡前幼童主要照顧者更加重視口腔衛生保健行為。

Study on oral hygiene knowledge, hygiene attitude and hygiene behavior-preschool children primary caregivers of one public preschool in Taoyuan as an example A Master Thesis By Chin-Chin Lin ABSTRACT The purpose of study was to suggest preschool children primary caregiver the better and complete oral hygiene knowledge, hygiene attitude and hygiene behaviors, and then reduce the possibilities of preschool children dental caries. The subjects of sampling were the primary caregivers of 4-6 years old children who were in a public preschool in Taoyuan 2009. 171 preschool children’s primary caregivers were selected to participate in this survey. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The oral hygiene knowledge, high family social-economic status preferable to the mediums’; oral hygiene attitude, high family social-economic status preferable to the low grade. 2. There were positive relationships among social-economic status and hygiene attitude, hygiene behavior and oral hygiene attitude. 3. The oral hygiene knowledge was negative correlated with ages. 4. By investigating the social demography, oral hygiene knowledge, and oral hygiene attitude, the method to predict the oral hygiene behavior could explain significant 23.9% of total variance. Especially oral hygiene attitude was the best predictor for hygiene behavior. The suggestion to let primary caregivers pay more attention to oral hygiene behaviors is the way to increase the samples of subject, to enforce school health education, and to use dental clinic recommendations.
