從電視新聞對兒童學習發展的影響談臺灣媒體素養教育

Abstract

臺灣電視新聞的亂象已存在多時，在這無法控管媒體的社會，為有媒體素養教育可以改變閱聽人的知與能，因此本文將探討電視新聞對兒童的學習發展影響、媒體素養教育對兒童的重要性及如何能提升臺灣媒體素養教育的發展，從國外的媒體素養教育情況檢視國內的發展狀況，並利用文獻分析的方式，得知媒體素養教育應從小做起並配合家庭教育才能達到目的。

The anomy of TV news in Taiwan had already occurred for a long time. In this uncontrolled media society, only media literacy education can change the mind of receiver. This article is for the purpose of the TV news affect the children's learning and development, the importance of the children's media literacy education, and how to promote the development of media literacy education in Taiwan. Then we look at the media literacy education situation from overseas to internal and use citation analysis to get conclusion. Thus we can know that we must do media literacy education from children and cooperate family education to accomplish the purpose.
