Semi-structured in-depth interviews are conducted with the six conductors and six student leaders of these bands. The research methodology includes interview outlines and references to existing literature. The study concludes with two main findings: firstly, the development status of high school wind bands and percussion ensembles varies depending on the stage of each school, resulting in distinct characteristics for each band; secondly, resource management in high school wind bands and percussion ensembles is carried out with comprehensive and rigorous management practices. This research contributes to the academic discourse on the management of high school bands globally.
