Abstract

本整合型計畫是針對國科會永續發展研究中程規劃課題在人文經社領域之研究主題:「建立社區版Agenda 21」所規劃之三年研究,其主要目的在活化社區組織、學校,在推展社區發展時,喚起環境意識,融入環境價值於社區環境價值與社區發展教育中,並規劃、整合社區,以促進社區永續發展。本計畫擬分三年進行。第一年為準備時期,實地考察地形、地貌、經濟發展對環境的影響、環境衛生以及學生、民眾對於社區發展、環境保護和環境衛生認知,並與各子計畫主持人溝通觀念,對環境價值、社區發展、教學模式取得共識;編製環境價值啟發、社區發展模式,依該社區現有環境和衛生問題、農業發展,選擇適當之教學行動策略與方法,以及評量工具,編製結構性教學啟發模式;第二年進行環境價值啟發與社區發展模式行動研究,並以環境態度、行為量表評量學習效果;第三年完成環境價值啟發與社區發展教學模式。
The major purposes of this study are to activate the community organization and school to arouse their environmental consciousness, to infuse the environmental values into the community environmental and developmental education, and to settle the Agenda 21 to be integrated with the community resources for the community sustainable development. In the first year of the three-year study, the data will be collected in the topography and geology of the water resources reserves, and they also include the influence of economic development on the community environment, environmental health, population distribution, and the students&public cognition toward environmental protection and health in the community development. Most importantly, the researchers will make the full communication with each other, and reach the consistent goals about the environmental values, community development,and the teaching model. According to the characteristics of the study community, design and develop the environmental value, and community development models, choose the appropriate initiative teaching methods, action strategies, and evaluation tools, construct the teaching models in the water resources reserves. The major jobs of the next year will perform the initiative teaching model and action research in the environmental values and community development, and evaluate the effect of the learning in the environmental attitudes and behaviors. In the final year of the study, the work will be finished in the teaching models of environmental values and community development for the community sustainable development.
