本文以陶笛阿志品牌為例來探討陶笛產業的創新商業模式,透過深度訪談法進行全面分析,旨在探索其在產品創新、市場策略、顧客關係建立、以及合作夥伴網絡構建方面的實踐和成效。在當代市場環境下,傳統藝術產業,面臨著巨大的轉型壓力。隨著消費者偏好的改變和數字化浪潮的沖擊,傳統的商業模式已逐漸顯露出局限性。特別是在傳統藝術品行業,如陶笛產業,創新不僅是提高市場競爭力的手段,更是文化傳承與創新發展的必經之路。在此背景下,探索陶笛產業的創新商業模式,不僅是為維持這一藝術形式的生命力,更是為尋找可持續發展的新途徑。經過對訪談資料的詳細整理與分析,我們發現陶笛阿志品牌透過結合傳統技藝與現代設計的產品創新策略,成功將陶笛從一種傳統樂器轉變為兼具藝術價值和實用性的創新產品。通過客製化服務,進一步提升產品的吸引力和競爭力,並將陶笛作為文化和藝術傳播的重要工具,提升了品牌的文化價值。陶笛阿志品牌在合作夥伴的選擇上展現高度的策略性,通過與跨領域合作夥伴的緊密合作,擴大市場覆蓋範圍,並通過技術交流和國際合作,不斷提升產品的創新性和專業度。陶笛阿志品牌的創新商業模式展示了一種成功的範例,證明創新與傳統文化相結合的商業模式具有可行性和有效性,也為陶笛產業乃至其他傳統文化產業的創新發展提供重要的參考和啟示。
This article explores the innovative business model of the brand “Tao Di A-Zhi” in the ocarina industry through in-depth interviews, aiming to investigate its practices and effectiveness in product innovation, market strategy, customer relationship building, and partnership network construction. In the contemporary market environment, traditional art industries face significant transformational pressures. With changing consumer preferences and the impact of digitization, traditional business models have gradually shown . Particularly in traditional art industries such as the ocarina industry, innovation is not only a means to enhance market competitiveness but also a necessary path for cultural inheritance and innovative development. Against this background, exploring innovative business models in the ocarina industry is not only to maintain the vitality of this art form but also to find new paths for sustainable development.After detailed sorting and analysis of the interview data, we found that the brand “Tao Di A-Zhi” has successfully transformed the ocarina from a traditional instrument into an innovative product combining artistic value and practicality through the integration of traditional craftsmanship and modern design in its product innovation strategy.Through customized services, it further enhances the attractiveness and competitiveness of the products, and positions the ocarina as an important tool for cultural and artistic dissemination, enhancing the brand's cultural value. The brand “Tao Di A-Zhi” demonstrates a high level of strategic thinking in partner selection. Through close collaboration with cross-disciplinary partners, expands market coverage, and continuously enhances product innovation and professionalism through technological exchanges and international cooperation. The innovative business model of the brand “Tao Di A-Zhi” showcases a successful example. It proves the feasibility and effectiveness of integrating innovation with traditional culture in business models and provides important references and insights for the innovative development of the ocarina industry and other traditional cultural industries.
