Abstract
本研究旨在探討國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長溝通行為與領導效能之現況,主要目的為:一、了解國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長溝通行為與領導效能之現況;二、比較不同背景變項的國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長溝通行為的差異情形;三、比較不同背景變項的國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長領導效能的差異情形;四、探討國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長之溝通行為與領導效能的關係;五、探討國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長之溝通行為對領導效能的預測情形。
本研究採問卷調查法,研究工具為自編之「國民中學特教組長溝通行為與領導效能調查問卷」,研究對象為雲嘉南地區四縣市之國民中學特教教師,有效問卷共計251份。
調查所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、雪費法及多元逐步迴歸分析進行統計分析。研究結果歸納如下:
一、國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長之溝通行為為中高程度。
二、國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長之領導效能為中高程度。
三、國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長溝通行為不因不同背景變項而有顯著差異。
四、國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長領導效能不因不同背景變項而有顯著差異。
五、國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長之溝通行為與領導效能有顯著正相關。
六、國民中學特教教師所知覺特教組長之溝通行為對領導效能有顯著之預測力。
最後,根據上述研究結果提出相關建議,以提供特教組長、師資培育機構與教育行政單位及後續研究者作為參考。
The study aimed to investigate the current status of special education teachers’ perception on communication behavior and leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools. The purpose of the study is: 1). to understand the current status of special education teachers’ perception on communication behavior and leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools, 2). to compare the discrepancies in special education teachers with backgrounds varieties on communication behavior of special education section chiefs in junior high schools, 3). to examine the differences of special education teachers with backgrounds varieties on leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools, 4). to explore the relationship between communication behavior and leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools, 5). to analyze the prediction of communication behavior to leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools. The study used the questionnaire survey procedure. The research tool was designed by the researcher and titled as “Questionnaire on communication behavior and leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools”. A total of 251 special education teachers in junior high schools of Yunlin County, Chiayi City, Chiayi County, and Tainan City were selected as research subjects. The questionnaire data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, Scheffé method, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The perception of special education teachers in junior high schools on communication behavior was in the higher-medium level. 2. The perception of special education teachers in junior high schools on leadership effectiveness was in the higher-medium level. 3. There was no significant difference on communication behavior perceived by special education teachers with backgrounds varieties in junior high schools. 4. The perception of special education teachers with backgrounds varieties in junior high schools on leadership effectiveness didn’t have significant difference. 5. There was significant positive correlation between communication behavior and leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools. 6. Communication behavior showed significant prediction to leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools. Finally, based on the above findings, suggestions were offered for special education section chiefs, the teachers cultivate institutions, the educational administration authorities, and future studies.
