Abstract
靜脈曲張發生的原因常因為懷孕、肥胖、長期久站、遺傳等因素，使腿部靜脈血液無法順利輸往心臟，讓腿部靜脈瓣膜承受過多的壓力，造成血液淤積於下肢靜脈。靜脈曲張會引起疼痛、雙腿無力，最嚴重的可能引發靜脈血栓的形成，甚至是肺栓塞的發生，就有致命的危險。而治療靜脈曲張或血栓的方法有許多種，其中射頻治療以傷口小和恢復期短等優點被廣泛使用。本研究藉由活性碳和磁性粒子(Fe3O4)的結合，用感應加熱的方式來使 Fe3O4升溫以熱療形態達到治療靜脈曲張和血栓的目的，而磁性粒子帶來的磁控性能讓活性碳在治療上有指引標的的功能。二合一磁性奈米粒子配置上以磁性粒子(Fe3O4)為核心，以活性碳作為包覆層包覆粒子，配置完後以磁、產熱特性量測及應用流管實驗去驗證本研究對於二合一磁性奈米粒子熱療作用的假設。量測結果顯示二合一磁性奈米粒子雖在完成配置後磁性稍微降低，但仍不影響其磁性。在熱融實驗量測前，先使用椰子油模擬血管內脂質，流道的加熱實驗結果顯示，椰子油在加熱磁場 (152Oe) 下疏通流管的時間為 300 秒，而在加熱磁場 (582Oe) 下疏通流管的時間為 30 秒，即可驗證其在靜脈流動環境中可達到熱融效果。
The cause of varicose veins often because of long-term standing or due topregnancy, obesity, genetic and other factors, so that the leg vein blood can notbe successfully sent to the heart, increased vascular pressure makes the leg veinvalve to bear greater damage, resulting in blood siltation in the leg veins. Varicose veins can cause pain, weakness of the legs, the most serious can trigger the formation of venous thrombosis, and even pulmonary embolism, there is fatal risk. There are many ways to treat varicose veins or thrombosis, among which radiofrequency therapy is widely used with the advantages of small wounds and short recovery period.By combining activated carbon with magnetic particles (Fe3O4), Fe3O4 heating by induction heating to treat varicose veins and thrombosis in a heat therapy form, while the magnetic control properties of magnetic particles allowed activated carbon to have a guiding function in treatment. The two-in-one magnetic nanoparticle configuration takes magnetic particles (Fe3O4) as the core, the active carbon as the cladding cladding particle, and after the configuration, the magnetic and thermal characteristics are measured and the flow pipe experiment is applied to verify the hypothesis of the thermal therapy effect of the two-in-one magnetic nanoparticle in this study.The measurement results show that the two-in-one magnetic nanoparticleshave decreased their magnetism slightly after they have been configured, but they still do not affect their magnetism. Before the thermal melting experiment, coconut oil is used to simulate intravascular lipids, and the heating experiment results of the flowway show that coconut oil can be used to unblock the flowway in a heated magnetic field (152Oe) for 300 seconds, while the magnetic field (582Oe) for 30 seconds to verify that it can achieve thermal melting effect in the venous flow environment.
