低維度掌性鈣鈦礦量子點之光學特性

dc.description.abstract本篇論文討論在鈣鈦礦量子點中引入掌性分子,使其鈣鈦礦量子點變為Ruddlesden-Poppe鈣鈦礦結構。文中利用配體輔助再沉澱技術引入掌性陽離子長鏈,可以使三維鈣鈦礦結構逐漸轉變為準二維鈣鈦礦結構。同時掌性分子會使鈣鈦礦量子點在磁場下有塞曼分裂。導致鈣鈦礦量子點對於左圓偏振光與右圓偏振光的吸收產生差異,以及鈣鈦礦量子點的光致發光會具有圓偏振性。透過X射線繞射分析儀觀察掌性分子的引入對於材料的改變。並量測其光激發螢光以及量子效率。其量子效率從40.8%提升到42.9%以及45. 2%,以及X射線繞射分析儀從原本立方晶相改變為準二維的晶相。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this study, to discuss add chiral molecular into perovskite quantum dots to transform the structures become Ruddlesden-Poppe perovskite structure. In text use ligand-assisted reprecipitation technique to add long-chain of chiral cations can gradually transform the three-dimensional perovskite structures into quasi-two-dimensional perovskite structures. At the same time, chiral molecular will bring to perovskite quantum dots have Zeeman splitting under the magnetic field. The absorption of perovskite quantum dots for left circularly polarized light and right circularly polarized light have different value, and the photoluminescence of perovskite quantum dots will be circular polarization light.The change of the material by add the chiral molecular was observed through X-ray diffraction analyzer, and measure the photoluminescence and quantum efficiency of this material. The X-ray diffraction analyzer change from the cubic crystal phase to quasi-two-dimensional crystal phase, and quantum efficiency increased from 40.8% to 42.9% and 45.2%.en_US
