山坡地潛在崩山災害區之空間區劃一以臺北縣樹林市為例

Abstract
本文將崩落、滑動、流動等三類移動速度快速,發生時,發生區及影響區內之民眾多難以充分地採取適切應變措施,災害衝擊性較大的崩山類型列為調查範疇。根據此三類崩山形成所需具備之地形、地質條件,建立發生地點的評估架構,並以臺北縣樹林市西北部山坡地為調查區域,進行該區潛在崩山災害地點的空間區劃。分析結果顯示,崩落型與滑動型潛在崩山災害之邊坡集中分佈在山塊的東南翼地區;而土石流潛在發生區的空間分佈,主要受到可能發生弧型滑動之厚層煤渣堆與崩積土層的堆積地點所影響,以東向坡區、東南翼的東和及橫坑區、大高坑及中坑區三者的頻率較高。
Fall, slide and flow are three types of landslides considered in this paper because their heavy hazardous impact. According to their inherent causes(conditions of geomorphology and geology), evaluation system is established for the mapping of potential landslides. Slopeland in Shulin, Taipei County is taken as an inquiry area owing to its possible pressure of development. The result of analysis suggests that those potential slopes of fall and slide are mainly distributed in the southeast part of the Shan-tzu-chiao Hill, and the site of deposits and colluvium which is prone to slump controls the spatial distribution of the valleys with the potential of flow.
