國立臺灣師範大學運動績優生 生涯發展之個案研究

Abstract

運動績優選手，常面臨到學科與術科兼具之困難，身為體育選手的他們總是將精神與專注力投入在運動成績表現上，因而除了自己運動專長項目之外，其它領域的專業知識與技能相對較少接觸，而這樣的問題將成為他們在生涯發展過程中的一道難題。

本研究旨在探討我國運動績優生之生涯發展與現況問題，以師資培育學校臺師大為例，經半結構式訪談得知，運動績優其生涯發展歷程與現況情形，以及他們在就學期間與選手生涯過程中為未來做生涯發展規劃之情況，就學期間那些素影響其生涯發展歷程，並提供未來運動績優甄審生良好建議，讓運動績優生有個參考依據，使他們能為未來生涯發展有更多元的選擇與方向。

Athletic-talented students are often in the dilemma of being good at academic and skill subjects. As sports players, they always pay attention on sport performance. Apart from their own sport specialty, they seldom understand the knowledge and skills of other professional area. This problem will be a difficulty in the process of their career development.

This study aims to discuss the problem of athletic-talented students about their career development and current situation. To take the teacher education of National Taiwan Normal University as an example, the research method is a case study with a semi-structured interview. In order to understand the career development course and current situation of athletic-talented students, the research focuses on the factors which affect their career development during the period of school. And the research provides future athletic-talented students better advice as reference. Thus, athletic-talented students will have multiple choices and direction of their future career development.
