「動．流變」 — 劉憶青水墨創作論述

Abstract

筆者藉由過往生命的經驗積累，從中體悟到「動與流變」所帶來的思考而發展出系列創作。探討的內容主要是回顧自身生命的過程中，經過無數的動盪與流變的洗練後，從中獲得關於人生觀和哲學性的思考，藉著過去生命歷練中得到的啟發做為筆者創作上的題材與內容。在這些創作題材之中的共通點，就是流變的時空概念，時間與空間是連動的關係，筆者認為前者是「動」的引發原因，而後者則是衍生出「流變」的結果，我們總是隨著時間的變動，穿過一個個不同的空間，映照著每一個當下的自己，時間的流動直接牽動著空間所延伸的變化，時空的「動」與「流變」形成了連動的、不可分割的結合形式。時空概念下人、事與物的流變是階段性的暫存現象，歷經各種發展變化後存檔在記憶中，而這種記憶也只是個虛幻的印象，這些印象都有著記憶自動賦予的索引標籤。這種存在的模式會讓我們在回顧生命時，對過往的種種事件或特定標籤的印象會因時空而轉變，像是時過境遷的不同感受與觀點的改變，它本身就是一種非永恆性的存在。而筆者透過繪畫來創作的過程就是融合了生命中過去種種的經驗與感受，經過當下的構思運作自然揉合而成的，通過手與工具輔助呈現在畫紙上的具體展現。它包含了個人過往的種種所形成的圖像畫面，在當下融合了對過去的解構轉移到當下的重新組成，而賦予了創作作品新的語境與不同詮釋。The author, drawing from accumulated experiences throughout the personal life,and has developed a series of creations inspired by reflections on the"motion and fluidity." The primary exploration revolves around revisiting the course of their own life, reflecting on numerous events and transformations, and deriving philosophical considerations about life. These reflections, inspired by past life experiences, serve as themes and content for the author's creative works. A common thread in these creative themes is the concept of temporal and spatial flux, where time and space are interconnected. The author perceives time as the catalyst for "motion," while space extends into the resultant "fluidity." As we evolve through changing times, traversing different spaces, our present selves are reflected in each moment. The flow of time directly influences the changes extended within space. The "motion" of time and the extended "fluidity" of space form an interdependent, inseparable amalgamation. Within the concept of time and space. The flux of individuals, events, and objects represents transient phenomena stored as stages in memory after various developmental changes. These memories possess tags automatically assigned by memory, altering impressions of past events or specific tags due to the shifts in time and space. This transformation resembles changes in perceptions and viewpoints over time; it inherently represents a non-permanent existence. The author's process of creation through painting integrates diverse experiences and emotions from their life, naturally amalgamating through present contemplation. It's manifested concretely on the canvas through the synergy of hands, tools, and artistic expression. It encapsulates various visual images formed from personal experiences,deconstructed from the past, and reassembled in the present, thus infusing the created artwork with new contexts and diverse interpretations.
