dc.description.abstract新的科技及技術有眾多可能性,從近年生命科學的研究日新月異,觀察生命的現象不再侷限於生物個體,人類不斷探析基因的存在以及它的功能性,在現代人的生活上醫療、食品、保健、生育都有新的選擇,基因科技的植入、改造發展至今,融入了我們的生活,人類未來可以被複製出來,甚至製造出人造環境的空間,這些科技產物引起全球性的熱門討論話題。本研究藉由自然界中的果物西瓜,試圖組構成一個異源世界,在情境中加入筆者幻想的特殊生物們可以說是人類科技改造下的產物,探討新生物生存的狀態、自我生命與環境的共生關係,透過系列作品中生物變化、改造的獨特符號,以象徵、擬態的手法,去詮釋環境異態的奇幻世界。本研究共分為五章節進行,第一章是說明以果物西瓜作為創作主題的研究動機、目的、研究範圍限制及研究方法;第二章是學理的依據,以基因的存在、科技生命的生存變化、藝術家對生物擬態在藝術中的詮釋進行探討;第三章則以筆者創作思想的內容與實踐,並舉例影響筆者的畫家、東西的方奇幻題材;第四章是以筆者創作的內容與分析,將作品分為《異地》、《蛻變》系列兩個部份透過此二系列,來呈現果物與生物們的自由意識,探討形式、媒材技法,第五章則紀錄著筆者在此研究創作中的若干心得、對未來在水墨創作上的自我期許。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThere are numerous possibilities on new technologies and new techniques. The study in life science in recent years changes rapidly, and the observation of vital phenomenon is not limited to living beings. Human beings continue exploring the presence of gene and its functionality. In modern life, there are new options for medicine, food, healthcare, and birth delivery. The implantation, transformation, and development of DNA technology have been integrated into our current life. Human’s biologic chain is broken up by the reproduced social phenomena, and even space of artificial environment can be created. These technological products have created popular topics for global discussion.The study composes a heterogeneous world through watermelon in the natural world. In the scenario, endemic species from the author’s imagination are added, and they are the products of human technology reformation. It is to explore the symbiotic relationship among the surviving status of the new living beings, its own life, and environment. Through the biological variation in the series creation and the reformed unique symbol, a fantasy world with abnormal state of environment is interpreted in an approach of symbol and mimicry. The study is carried out in five chapters. Chapter one is an introduction to explain the motivation, purpose, limitation, and method for the creation with a topic of the fruit - watermelon. Chapter two is the theoretical ground to discuss from the presence of gene, the change of technology life, and the interpretation of biomimicry in art from the viewpoint of artists. Chapter three is the content of thoughts for creation, and it provides actual examples of painters who have great impact on the author and fantasy themes from the east and the west. Chapter four is the explanation and analysis of the content of the creation, and it divides the work into two parts, “strange land” and “metamorphosis” to present the free will of the fruit creatures, form of exploration, and media& skills. Chapter five records some of the thoughts from the author during the creation and the self-expectation on the creation of ink painting in the future.en_US
