Abstract

本文旨在介紹如何從「社會規範」(social norms)的角度,瞭解人類行為的模式,並探討Perkins和Berkowitz(1986)所提出的社會規範方法(social norms approach),以應用於預防學生不當行為與促進健康發展等議題上。本文首先從社會規範的發展背景與理論基礎,建立社會規範應用模式;其次,提供兩項應用社會規範的專案研究分析;最後,提出應用社會規範於預防學生不當行為與促進健康發展的策略與建議。
The purpose of this study was to review the social norms theory, to examine the role of social norms in influencing personal behavioral intention, and to discuss how the social norms approach could be used for promoting students' healthy behavior. In addition, the study provided suggestions and strategies for applying the social norms approach to the development of health promotion programs.
