臺北暢飲型夜店文化之研究-暈眩與狂歡的競逐

Abstract

本研究目的在探討當今暢飲型夜店出現的發展脈絡及該空間中存有的特殊文化特色及休閒遊戲風格。本研究先進入田野觀察並蒐集本研究四家暢飲型夜店中有形及無形的資料，再以深度訪談法來分析暢飲店的發展脈絡與其參與者的動機及該空間內的規範與價值觀，進而描繪出台北暢飲型夜店的文化樣貌。訪談對象包括暢飲店中的消費者、工作人員及具有夜店管理經驗的經營者共28人，年齡介於21歲至52歲。研究結果發現：暢飲型夜店從有形文化如燈光、包廂、舞池、吧台及酒精飲料，創造出其時尚、想像空間，以及虛擬與暈眩的特色。在無形文化的面向中，人與人在互動後所表現出的行為模式，反映出暢飲店中所具有的放縱、迷亂、逃避及短暫的角色扮演之規範與價值觀。然而這些特質及風格也反映出時下都會年輕人活在當下與追求感官刺激的休閒態度。

The purpose of this research was to find out the history context, culture and style inside the night club. The research method applied participatory observation and in-depth interviews, use observation to find out what kinds of tangible and immaterial culture inside the pub. Otherwise, use interview to find out the motive, norms and the value of those participant. The object of this research include consumer, staff and operator. The research interviewed 28 people whose age were 21 to 52 years old. The research find out: Those tangible culture like lighting ,dance floor ,bar ,balcony and alcoholic drink inside the pub reflect a space that full of expect and aesthetics. On the other hand, there have avoidance, virtual, brief and dizzily inside the pub and those attribute can also reflect the juvenility behavior of leisure.
