三種不同重量鉛球站立式投擲之投擲臂生物力學分析

Abstract

目的:分析站立式鉛球投擲之投擲臂生物力學參數,探討此類型重物投擲過程中,三種不同鉛球重量(8、12、16磅)所產生的投擲臂運動型態及其差異,並探討各參數與站立投擲運動表現的關係。方法:以7位曾接受鉛球投擲訓練並曾參加全國性比賽的男性選手為研究對象。二台高速攝影機(125Hz),同步收集投擲動作影像資料。結果:在投擲三種不同重量鉛球時,出手平均速度及前臂最大角動量達顯著差異;出手平均速度及出手腕角度、角速度、角加速度與站立投擲運動表現有顯著相關。結論:三種不同鉛球重量的站立式鉛球投擲之投擲臂活動模式非常地相似。投擲時,應注意出手瞬間腕關節處,手部撥球動作;以及投擲過程中,肘關節伸展時的前臂運動。
This study analyzed the biomechanical parameters throwing-arm of elite shot putters' standing throws with three weights (8, 12 and 16 lbs.) to explore the movement patterns and the differences among those weights and to investigate the relationships between parameters and performances. Seven elite shot putters who have participated in national games served as subjects to perform the standing throws with three weights. Two Redlake high-speed cameras (125Hz) were genlocked to collect the motion data. There are significant differences in the average release velocity and maximal angular momentum of the forearm among three shot-put weights. Standing throw performances have significant correlations with the average velocity, and the wrist angle, velocity and acceleration at release. The throwing-arm patterns of standing shot-put throws with three different weights were generally similar. When throwing, shot putters should pay attention to the wrist joint at release, the flip motion of the hand, and the forearm movement in elbow joint stretching.
