使用者對醫療行動應用程式(APP)資訊服務之需求研究

Abstract
隨著行動科技的普及,醫療行動資訊服務逐漸受到民眾的重視,甚至逐漸取代傳統的資訊來源。隨著民眾醫療經驗的增長,所需的資訊內容也有差異,醫療行動應用程式除了要有成熟的行動科技之外,也要以使用者的需求為中心考量。本研究旨在探討使用者對醫療行動應用程式的資訊需求。以「內容分析法」觀察10個醫療行動應用程式所提供的資訊服務內容,另外透過「網路問卷調查法」調查386位民眾,藉以瞭解使用者對醫療行動應用程式資訊服務需求及落差情形。本研究結果發現,醫療行動應用程式的資訊功能和資訊內容都有中程度的提供比例,而使用者則存有中高以上的需求程度,因此,醫療行動應用程式有需要針對使用者的意見進行功能和內容強化的必要。
With the diffusion of mobile technology, mobile information service is attractingpeople attention and in certain cases it has even been substituted for othertraditional information sources. Besides, when people become more experienced, their information needs will also be different. Not only the sophisticated technology needed to be applied, but also the mobile medical applications should take user-centered contents into account.In order to understand the current provision of mobile medical information services, content analysis is used to observe 10 sampled mobile medical applications. To understand users' needs with mobile medical applications, an Internet questionnaire survey is applied to question 386 Taiwanese people who currently live in Taiwan. The study found that the provided information services of medical mobile applications both in information content and information functions are shortage. Second, users are at medium or high levels of requirements for these two dimensions. Apparently, there is still disparity between users' needs and the information provision of medical mobile applications. We suggest that it is necessary for medical mobile applications to enhance the provision of both: all included items of"information functions" and "information contents".
