血液透析病人疾病復原力、自我管理與生活品質及相關因素之研究

Abstract

本研究主要目的在探討血液透析病人疾病復原力、自我管理與生活品質及相關因素。研究對象為台北市某醫學中心197名經醫師診斷為慢性腎衰竭並接受常規血液透析替代療法病人，進行問卷調查。主要結果如下: 一、研究結果顯示研究對象有中等程度疾病復原力、自我管理狀況，生活品質也達中等程度以上。 二、研究對象的疾病復原力、自我管理與生活品質呈顯著正相關。 三、複迴歸分析結果顯示研究對象有與家人同住、身體活動度屬可自行活動、血液透析年資五年以下、疾病復原力越高、自我管理越好者其生活品質越高。

依本研究發現，建議可定期舉辦腎友互助團體經驗分享與跨團隊團體衛教以提升病人疾病復原力、自我管理與血液透析生活品質。

This study assessed hemodialysis patients’ resilience, self-management, and quality of life and examinedthe related factors. A total of 197 hemodialysispatients from a medical center in Taipei completed the questionnaire in 2016. The main results were as follows. 1. Participant hemodialysis patients had middle levelsof resilience, self-management, and quality of life. 2. Hemodialysis patients’ resilience and self-management were positively correlated with quality of life. 3. Multiple regression analysis results showed that patients who lived with family, carried out daily activities without limitation, had hemodialysis history less than five years, had higher levels of resilience, and had higher levels of self-management were more likely to have higher levels of quality of life.

It is recommended to implement hemodialysis patient support groupsand cross-sectoralhealth education to enhancepatients’ resilience, self-management, and quality of life.
