大學生社團經驗學習與生涯自我效能關係之研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討大學生社團經驗學習與生涯自我效能之關係,採用問卷調查法,以「大學生社團經驗學習與生涯自我效能問卷」作為研究工具,以瞭解大學生個人背景變項及社團經驗學習與生涯自我效能之差異情況。研究對象為110學年度北部私立大學之大學生,有效問卷共412人。透過IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 for Windows統計軟體,進行問卷信、效度分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、及皮爾森積差相關等統計方式所得資料。 本研究結果歸納如下:一、大學生在社團經驗學習及各面向呈現正向發展。二、大學生在生涯自我效能及各面向呈現正向發展。三、具不同個人背景變項之大學生在社團經驗學習的差異情況:(一) 高年級學生社團經驗學習顯著優於低年級學生。(二) 社團參與時間較長、參與平均時數較多、有社團幹部經驗、擔任越高社團職位之學生皆顯著優於社團參與時間較短、參與平均時數較少、沒有社團幹部經驗、未擔任越高社團職位之學生。四、具不同個人背景變項之大學生在生涯自我效能的差異情況:(一) 男學生之生涯自我效能信心程度顯著優於女學生。(二) 有社團幹部經驗、擔任越高社團職位之學生生涯自我效能信心程度皆顯著優於沒有社團幹部經驗、未擔任越高社團職位之學生。五、大學生社團經驗學習與生涯自我效能呈現顯著正相關。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among clubs experience learning and career self-efficacy for college students. Using the questionnaire titled “Clubs Experience Learning and Career Self-Efficacy for College Students Survey” as the study method, the study aims to understand the discrepancies in career self-efficacy among personal background variables and clubs experience learning for college students. The object of this study is colleges students of private universities in Northern Taiwan in the 110 academy year, from whom 412 valid questionnaires were retrieved. Using the statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 for Windows, information was collected using statistical methods such as reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study are summarized as the follows:1. College students show positive development in clubs experience learning and every aspect.2. College students show positive development in career self-efficacy and every aspect.3. The discrepancies in clubs experience learning for college students among personal background variables:(1) Clubs experience learning for senior students is significantly better than junior students.(2) Clubs experience learning for students who had been in clubs longer, had more club average participation hours, had experiences as club officers, and/or held higher club officer positions is significantly better than students who had been in clubs shorter, had fewer club average participation hours, had no experience as club officers, and/or didn’t hold higher club officer positions.4. The discrepancies in career self-efficacy for college students among personal background variables:(1) The confidence level of career self-efficacy among male students is significantly higher than female students.(2) The confidence level of career self-efficacy among students who had experiences as club officers, and/or held higher club officer positions is significantly better than students who had no experience as club officers, and/or didn’t hold higher club officer positions.5. There is significant positive correlation between clubs experience learning and career self-efficacy for college studentsen_US
